Elsass Academy has been wonderful to our family since we joined them last year and I really am so grateful for the teachers in my sons room, he loves them. And I can tell they care for him, and even from the beginning were taking the time to get to know him. Little things, like mentioning how hes most fussy when hes hungry, and noticing that in just his first couple of weeks of attendance, show me how much attention theyre paying, and that theyre trying different things to figure him out. The whole staff is so pleasant and creates a great atmosphere. My son is 11 months and just merrily crawls away to play as soon as we arrive!I have been meaning to write a review but what finally reminded to do so, is the way they have been managing the current situation with the pandemic. Elsass has been communicative, flexible, and understanding. Were so happy to work with them through this crazy time, and be mutually supportive while we all work our way through this situation.

Both of my boys attended Elsass for many years and the staff there became like family to us. Even after moving away they stayed in close touch. We are now moving back and are so happy to return to Elsass for after-school care.

We had our oldest child at Elsass for over two years, since he was 4 months old. We absolutely loved it, and unfortunately had to leave to move to another daycare that was closer to home. I would recommend Elsass Academy.

My youngest attended this Elsass Campus from age 4 months to age 15 months. During that time, her toddler room teachers allowed her to chew paint off of a vintage rocking chair. It turns out the chair had lead paint, and this caused her to have pretty severe lead poisoning. (I have investigative reports from the Texas Department of State Health Services Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program to verify). The Director did nothing to address our concerns or communicate the risk to other parents, despite the teachers admission that they allowed other babies to chew on the chair as well.In another incident, my daughter was running a high fever- over 103- and no one at the school called to tell me. When I arrived to pick her up, her teacher scolded me, saying she had asked the front desk to call me more than 6 hours prior. I talked to the Director about it, and she shrugged, saying simply that it was graduation day for the older kids and it must have been lost in the shuffle.Even though I yanked my daughter from this school two years ago, I still shake with rage when I think about our experience there.
