I really wanted to take a moment to show my appreciation for Ms. Francis and the team at this daycare!My daughter has been attending day care for the past 6 months now and we couldnt have been more blessed to have found such an amazing place to take care of her! As a parent, the choice to put your child in daycare, the who and the where, can be very stressful. My daughter is so happy every morning to go see Ms. Francis and all of her friends! I am a new mom and Ms. Francis is always there to guide us in our next steps and new milestones in our daughters growth. From the beginning the principal Ms. Cami and her entire staff has made the process so very easy, proving time and time again that they are caring, nurturing and the best pick place for our daughter!

My family and most importantly my kids love this Stepping Stone on McNeil. Both of my children have been in attendance here since they were 2 months old and now one is almost 5 and the other is 2 years old.They both had Miss Francis in the infant room. She and the other ladies were like magic and got both of my kids on nice schedules. The employees treat our children like family and make accommodations for their individual needs. They helped to resolve my daughter’s biting issues and worked with her on potty training a little longer and more patiently because she went through a phase where she was scared of the toilet. They eagerly share with you something funny, smart or cute your child did during the day.They are transparent with any bumps or bruises your child may have and if the staff member you are speaking with isn’t sure what happened, they will find the teacher who knows. They are also great about keeping track of your kids clothes. In the over 4 years we have been there I don’t think we’ve lost more than maybe a sock and few hair ties. Once my son threw his shoe in the trash unbeknownst to his teacher. They searched for his shoe EVERYWHERE until they finally found it! They sanitized it and handed it to me in a closed bag. That’s dedication!I took the kids out of the school for 6 weeks when I got laid off during the covid shutdown and they made special accommodations for us financially that made our transition easier. I felt that I provided a disservice to my children for having them out of daycare. Their daycare days are full of learning opportunities and social interaction that I couldn’t provide them. As soon as I was back to work the kids went back to daycare. They love it so much here, they run inside every morning and barely look back to say bye!It is GREAT to be able to send my kids to a safe place I trust. It eases my paranoia ridden mom brain because I have one less thing to worry about. All around this Stepping Stone is a great school for our kids and I have found the staff and company very transparent and honest.

Our son has been attending Stepping Stone at McNeil since he was 2 years old. He’s now 4 and has grown leaps and bounds. We absolutely love his teacher Ms. Payton who is very patient, thoughtful, and loving. The leadership under Ms. Cami has been excellent! In true form it takes a village so shout out to all of the staff! Everyone has been great with following COVID procedures and sanitizing ensuring our little ones stay safe and healthy!

My son has been attending stepping stone for a couple of months and we have been very happy. They answer every question we have in a timely manner. Our son always is taken care of and comes home happy and smiling. The teachers give attention to all the students and seem to truly care about all of them.

Initially we were very pleased with stepping stone and had some wonderful teachers, however teachers and principals became a dime a dozen! Before my child was expelled he had 4 different teachers in 5 months! And 4 principals in 5 years!I recieved a call on a Wednesday morning saying my childs last day would be Friday due to the severity and frequency of his behaviour. I was told that it had been going on for 3 weeks and  special teachers were brought in to help and it hadnt improved. I was NEVER told there was a special person coming into the classroom and NEVER heard the word severe until they said he couldnt come back. There was NO documentation about his behavior and when i was told he was misbehaving it was very nonchalant and Mrs. Crystal even told me dont worry about it, its the whole class... they dont trust anyone because theyve had so many new teachers! But she told her regional director that she was talking to me EVERY DAY! NOT TRUE!  I thought she cared about my children, but she had me fooled! They gave me 2 days to find a new daycare.... Never did anyone ask what was going on with my child or bring me in for a meeting BEFORE they were expelling him! Did anyone bother to find out if anything had changed at home because it HAD!  His father and I split up, so thanks for making a hard situation harder! I am very disappointed that this school became so unprofessional in such a short amount of time. One of the best and most longstanding teachers there WALKED OUT! And a former teacher saw a child eating sheetrock as a teacher just sat by and let her do it! Find another place for your child!

My daughter had a good time with Stepping School.All teachers here are very nice and helpful . They care about children and be patient always.Thank you for all the teaches , I strongly recommend this school,

They are good to the kids, however the premiere development is a joke and is very lacking. Replies to emails never happen, plan and simple this is just a daycare.

This school is horrible. There are up to 2 teachers in the baby class and how can two teachers take care of 10 babys. 10 BABYS. If your baby was one of them the teachers wouldnt be able to pay attention to all of the crying babys. Its not a great school like they say. At least not in Mcneil.
