My 2 year old and I had so many bad experiences with child care centers before we found the Childrens Learning Adventure. We love this big beautiful school! The curriculum exceeds anything I have ever seen before at a childcare center and the staff are on point! My daughters teacher takes really good care of her and that is so important to me when I have to be away from my daughter. Everything is new and clean, the playgrounds are excellent, and my toddler loves the dance room. 5 stars absolutely.

Such an incredible child care facility! If youre looking for a place that will feel like a second home, this is definitely it. Ive been taking my daughter here for 7 months (starting at 3 months of age) and I am so grateful to have such an amazing staff watching over her every day. The main teacher in her classroom, Miss Eva, has been an invaluable resource to this first time mom. I can tell my daughter truly loves being with her teachers, and they definitely love her back. But it doesnt stop with the assigned teachers. The women who work in administrative or other tasks have deep relationships with all of the kids and their parents. And on top of all that, the facility is incredibly clean, safe, and well organized.

The staff at the four point location is by far the BEST in ATX. My son, a student at One of the local elementary schools loves his teachers and all the activities. The after school groups are a good size but not to big. The instructors/teachers and staff are so respectful and help make payments manageable.Any issues good or bad they communicate and follow up with parents! BIG shout to the only two guys that work on property! I forgot their names at the time of writing this but my son loves them both and they are a big reason for us signing on throughout the school year and the summer. The facilities are massive. Please take the tour your kids will fall in love!Great job Four Points Team.

Good experience all around. Loved the teachers, and the facility... well if youve seen it in person then you understand. Nowhere else really compares in that regard.

HORRIBLE!!! WARNING DONT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!! I cannot stress my level of disappointment and disgust with Childrens Learning Adventure. My daughter is a toddler and unfortunately I am involved with an ongoing custody dispute with her father. Childrens Learning Adventure took if upon themselves to defy a court order and release my daughter to her father during Thanksgiving week. This action robbed her of the preplanned dinner with her grandparents. I hand delivered to them the court order instructing them not to release her to him. Multiple staff members assured me, numerous times, they would follow it. My daughter was only to be released to me that day. After all my efforts and verbal assurances they ended up releasing my daughter to her father, breaking the court order. The POLICE became involved and my daughter was rightly returned later that evening. Their reckless actions and breach of trust forced me to remove my daughter from the facility immediately. I picked up her belongings instead of her that day. I could not trust them to be a safe place that would protect her, even with a mandated court order. The level of incompetence and carelessness they showed was astounding.Afterwards, I sent the director emails requesting that my recently paid fees be returned as I had just incurred significant after hours legal costs contacting my attorney trying to get my daughter home. This was in addition to the new enrollment charges and tuition at another daycare. After contacting Joanna, the director, she just returned inaccurate, fluff emails while never addressing my concerns and the duress this situation has caused. Joanna hasnt even bothered to respond to my last email. Sadly, this is not surprising when they did not call to make sure my daughter was even returned or safe. They demonstrated to me they do not protect your child nor take any responsibility, just excuses. All they seem to care about is collecting fees and have no service or remorse if they create a problem. I wish I would have read the reviews on Glassdoor before I enrolled my daughter here. There are better, more caring daycare centers nearby. Protect your child and go elsewhere.

I am a mother of special needs kids(twins), the director of this center Joanne, on purpose delayed the processing of my kids registration because he is special needs. Surprisingly my kids went to same center last year, but this year they have made it a big of deal and sugarcoatedly told me that they cant accommodate my kids and that he has to have an aid with him all the time in the daycare, so I am paying double.. which makes no sense. So families with special needs kids, stay away from this place as they are not very welcoming though they claim that they accommodate special need kids on their website..

I had my kids at Childrens Courtyard Bonaventure before finding this safe haven for my kids. I am SO happy to have my kids in this Child Care center. The after school program includes homework club, where they actually provide 1 x 1 tutoring and have the age groups broken down so not all the school age kids are in one classroom. My daughter is in the pre-k (3-5 year) class, and she is already writing, spelling and I feel extremely confident she will be more then ready for Kindergarten when she is ready. This is the ONLY Childcare program I would recommend in the North Austin area. Love CLA! The staff is excellent, and a lot of them have been teachers. They really care, and they go out of their way to make sure your kiddos are taken care of.

We switched our son to CLA from another preK and the difference was unbelievable and almost immediate. He runs into school everyday happy and excited to be there. His whole learning trajectory was back on track and he was excelling. We also put our 2 year old in for MDO 3 days a week and theyve been so amazing getting her over her separation anxiety from Mama. The teachers: Miss Martinez, Miss Hannan and Miss Kelsey and just the whole staff have been amazing as well as the director, Joey who bent over backward to help us transition and have our needs met. They have been a dream come true for us looking for quality childcare and learning in Austin. We absolutely love them.

I wouldve given this camp 5 stars except for 1 thing, the group leaders. The group leaders did not always treat the students equally or use efffectve discipline techniques. E.g. I saw a child get kicked to the ground by another child and when the child reported the incident, the group leader did nothing. If this camp can treat children equally and apply effective discipline techniques, than maybe this rating would not be the case. But besides that the camp was great with a diverse array of activities. Although the 9-11 year olds need more facilities that appeal to that age group.Other than the group leaders I would highly recommend this camp.

We had a very bitter experience at the 620 location. My 6 yr old did summer camp there this week and he was bullied, stepped on, pushed around and called names and the teachers did nothing to stop it. I have complained to the school director. I hope something changes but I will never send my children there again.
