We love Ms Tanya in the infant room! she has made the transition to daycare much easier than it could have gone. The school is also very accommodating to our schedule, allowing us to go part time for part of the week while we are getting used to having our daughter at daycare. The only downside of this place is the app that they use to notify parents what is going on throughout the day is not the best, but I dont think that is the schools fault necessarily

Weve been going to Cadence Academy for just over two years now and are beyond pleased. The hours are convenient and they also serve meals and snacks which makes things so easy. They are also really on top of communicating to parents, which as a working parent I so appreciate. We rely heavily on the app where you can see all the daily activities, meal times and what they ate, how long they napped and photos, so when I get home I can ask my kids about the things I see in the photos that were posted. We started out with my daughter who had just turned one at the time. She absolutely adores going to school and loves her teachers and classmates. Since we had such a great experience with our daughter, we also started sending our 6 year old son for the spring break, winter break and summer camps they hold. The summer camp pre-COVID was exceptional...they really made an effort to get the kids out and doing different things like movies, cooking classes, and exploring nearby caves. But even this year my son told me he thought it was just as fun as last year even though there are no outside trips (due to covid). Our experience has been that all instructors for every age group really go above and beyond to try and make things fun for the kids with special themes and projects. And I will say that their COVID-19 safety precautions are top notch, with not letting any non-teaching adult into the building, multiple temperature checks during the day, staff members wearing masks and very in-depth cleaning protocols. This place is a gem!!

Was told there were summer spots for our two children, paid the registration plus the first two weeks of care. We received a phone call two weeks before our children were supposed to start and was told that they were mistaken and they are actually full for the summer now we have to scramble to hopefully find care for them for the summer.

She brings out the creativity in my daughter and everyday she is excited to see Ms. Bre. I commend Ms. Bre and all of the staff for the dedicated work they have put into all the children through the hardships of a pandemic and snow storm. I am very grateful that my daughter is loved and taken care of by these wonderful humans!

I am currently a teacher at Cadence and my girls have been attending for a little over a year now. The teachers are great with my girls! My youngest daughter Arianna started off in room 9 with Ms. D’onna and Mrs. Samia who she loves. She then transitioned from there to room 8 when she turned 1 which is my room, where I work alongside Mrs. Fatima who is amazing! Once Arianna turned 2 she moved to room 11, with Ms. Shelby. Arianna is doing great with her, we are currently potty training and Shelby has made the transition a breeze! My oldest daughter Caidence is currently in the after school program with Ms. Bre and she never wants to leave! Bre does so many fun activities with the children and she teaches them so many different things, I love it. When Caidence isn’t at Cadence Academy, she’s talking my ear off about how she wants to go back 😂As a parent and a teacher here at Cadence, I would highly recommend.

My daughter has been at Cadence for about the last 3 years. We have been so very pleased with the love and care she has received from all staff members. I teach at the elementary school across the street, and was super nervous when we started, as she is our only baby.Ms. Tanya ran the baby class, and we could not love her more. She was so understanding and easy to communicate with about even the tiniest concern. She is still there and checking in on Scouty when we arrive. Ms. Loretta and Ms. Shavannah are always so friendly and funny. It is nice to know that almost all staff members know my daughter and look after her. When she was 2, we got Ms. Shelby as her teacher. My daughter adored Ms. Shelby, and this was the first teacher that our daughter talked about by name. She was always up for anything to keep these little kiddos entertained and active! She also helped us a ton with learning how to share and controlling our temper. 😬Our daughter is now in Ms. Lauren’s class, and I have been beyond impressed with the curriculum my daughter is receiving. She is already completing classroom routines like calendar, circle time, etc. that I do with my own students in first grade. Ms. Lauren has gone above and beyond when it comes to planning engaging and hands-on lessons and activities. At Halloween, they had an amazing study on pumpkins. They read about them, weighed them, observed if they would float or sink, scooped into them, baked pumpkin seeds, painted them, and even sold them at a pumpkin stand that Ms. Lauren made herself. She also created a sensory activity where the students got to paint with their toes!!! They made zoo animals out of toilet paper rolls and then wrote facts about their animal. They were displayed in the hallway, and the class went on a field trip to the “zoo”!I am able to see all of these amazing activities, as Ms. Lauren and Ms. Mor take photos and post them on the parent app throughout the day. My daughter absolutely loves going to school and is learning so much and having a blast. Ms. Lauren also holds daily dance parties! This school year has been challenging for me as a teacher, but my child’s happiness and eagerness to learn at Cadence has been extremely positive and educational. I am so very thankful for the fantastic staff and all of their hard word, kindness, and love for their students.

Cadence Academy in Austin has provided our family with a sense of community. The staff are so friendly and show genuine care for our daughter. The communication between home and school is excellent and staff within cadence are so approachable and really work with us to be available. We get constant reports from the class teacher as part of the Pre-K program showing where our child is at and heading towards school preparation. Cadence has a wonderful parents as learning partners program which encourages parents to come and be involved in their students learning and feel part of the school community.Classes are very routines which is excellent for the children for for families to understand the day, opportunities for field trips and community based learning activities is excellent. My child is excited to go to school every day and this is going to give her the confidence to begin her schooling with no worries. We feel so lucky to be part of this school and confidently give it a 5 star rating.

My school age child has been attending the Childrens Network for a few years. They are awesome! I feel very comfortable with the level care they provide. My son feels comfortable and safe, and has such a great time that he never wants to leave and is super excited to come back the next day. His homework is complete when I pick him up each day. They are fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend this school for summer camp too. Great activities, safe environment, worry-free for the parents, and the kids are never bored.

Let me tell you, do not bring your child here this is the worst place to have your kids in! Theres always different teachers every other week. The director may be friendly but is not is very mean person. If you love your child to be mistreated, drink water from the sink plus not only that be sick everyday then this is the place for you. The afterschool program is the worst class just cause is very dirty plus they get very bored they dont know what to do in there. Theres Cockroaches in every class some teacher dont care to clean everything. They only care about getting your child in an thats all an get money. I wish this place can shutdown one day. You dont believe it ask your child cause they say everything if you ask them about it if they are in class #8,10,11 and 1.

The staff are very caring and the place is well organized. They are one of the better schools in the area based on price and location. They are directly across the street from Summit Elementary so they simply walk the children back and forth everyday. I like this setup very much. There are other school that might offer a more educational based curriculum but they are also going to be more expensive than The Childrens Network.

I have 3 kids and all three were well taken care of here from infancy to after-school care. I had one or all of my kids there at one time or another for 14 years and some of the same teachers are still there. They were always loving, disciplined and I always felt comfortable leaving my kids there. Wish I couldve been a stay at home mom. But since I needed to work, Childrens Network was the next best place. Always clean, organized classrooms. Great staff and teachers!

We have been at Childrens Network for over 2 years now, and have been very happy with the care and love they give to my child. The teachers truly love the kids, which have made them extended family! This is a play based school, which was very important to me that my child is playing with his friends all day, and doesnt realize that he is also learning through that play. Before sending my child here at 12 months, I was very hesitant and new to the daycare scene, but the teachers in that classroom blew me away with their passion and care, and that has continued as he gets older and into new classrooms. I always recommend Childrens Network to friends, and will continue to do so.

The staff was great and professional and i was only there six to eight weeks. I did have a few concerns but I didnt really bring to the Director attention only the teacher once. so after i posted a review after i found a new daycare, due to daycare being too far. Mrs .Bessie the director really took the time out to reach out to me by phone to address my two dislikes and concerns and it showed me they really proactive about pleasing the parents and kids. So because of that I know they really have a true spirit of pleasing and to make changes when necessary and want to make your experience great for you. If we are ever living in this area i would give this daycare a second try now.A home away from home for your kids...

This is a wonderful child care & day care program— the best my daughter has ever been to. She had attended three day cares prior to this one, and this is the first one we can call home. I can tell by the way that the classrooms are organized and the care that teachers put into their curriculum, that they care about their students. They put an emphasis on bilingual skills and appreciation of other cultures. In addition to grammar, syntax, spelling, reading & writing, computer literacy, artistic expression, games & activities, the teachers go above and beyond to teach topics that are really impressive — one day my daughter came home to talk to me about the judicial system and another day she told me what she learned about dinosaurs...and she is only 4 years old. The center is in a good area and has a reasonable price. I really enjoy all the creative festivities and event days that they put together. The director & other staff are very caring too and always seem to have an open door policy to talk anytime you need. I highly recommend this place.

I applied for a job here in Dec 2016, I was offered the job but turned it down bc I actually did not want my child here and he would be coming to work with me. I accepted a job at another school and have often thought about the day I spent at the Childrens Network interviewing.First, I want to say that the place is ran about the same as any other basic day care. With that said, there is so much more out there, schools that are better for your child for the price. The director Bessie was great, she runs a tight ship there keeping everyone in line. They needed teachers bad! So bad, they asked me if I could start the next day (which I ended up declining.)During the interview I was put outside with the class that started at 18months (the class my son would of been in.) It was December at about 55-65 degrees outside and not one baby had on their jacket! You can understand maybe one or two parents forgot their childs jacket, but this was the teachers being too lazy to put them on before going outside. Every single childs nose was dripping snot down to their lips. Which is common, but wipe their nose! Many of the babies were crying, one was stuck in a tunnel she was trying to crawl thru and the teachers would not assist her. When I mentioned it they said as soon as they take her out she will just crawl in again and get stuck. So they just left her crying inside. I asked (bc it was a potential job) if its common to let them cry it out instead of consoling them. And the lead teacher explained if you hold them they will just get attached to you and want to be held anytime something is wrong. Yall.... this is not somewhere you want your baby for 8 hours a day. Then I went to the infant class. The teachers in there were much more kind. However, when I walked in the first thing I noticed was an infant asleep on her stomach in her crib.I was put into an empty class to fill out paperwork and I could hear the connecting prek class that was getting ready for lunch. The teacher was barking them around to be quite and stay still as they listened to the Velvatine Rabbit on tape.As I stated, I did not accept the job bc I did not want my son at this school. I had my first child in an all day daycare as a baby and actually felt guilty after getting a behind the scenes view. I work somewhere now that is 110% different than the Childrens Network, and I want parents to know there is so much more out there. This place is basically a warehouse for kids while their parents work. It most definitely is not a 5 star school nor does it deserve 5 stars.
