What can I say about this place. It has my heart. Saida has become part of our family. She is the reason I was able to work and have have my son being taken care of from 6 weeks old to pre-school. Saidas is an affordable option for working moms, trustworthy, safe place. My son is about to enter Kinder and still asks to see her. We love her and her staff and this place. It may not like corporate places, but this place is loving, and caring and more life family than any other. A forever wonderful daycare. I highly recommend

Saida is amazing and our daughter loves her. We have been bringing our daughter here since she was 3 months and now turning one next month. Don’t judge the outside before getting to know saida and the staff. They give a lot of love to the kids!

My eldest attended Saidas Little People from shortly after birth until age 3, and my daughter was in the infant room for a while as well, until I moved my office to South Austin. I loved this place. Some of the toys look secondhand, and Saida can be grouchy in the exact same way as my grandmother is, but I thought my kiddos did great there

Our children both attended Saidas Little People and we had a very good experience. We liked the small, neighborhood feeling of the location and Saida and her staff were always very kind to us and our children. If you have reservations about this place based on other reviews, I strongly suggest you go for a visit and meet the staff before you make your decision. Honestly, its not going to be a perfect fit for every family, but it was the perfect fit for ours.My children are not in high school and middle school and still enjoy going to visit Saida when we are in that neighborhood.

I was a student at Saidas little people and now Im in high school. I can say that Saida is one of the sweetest and most caring people Ive ever met. Even though Ive been gone from her school for more than 12 years my family still keeps in touch with her. I recommend Saidas little people highly.

It was a beautiful experience with working with her, i was a teacher that was employed there 1996-2000 and saida was a perfect fit ...now to my surprise she finally owns little people . she gives a lot of things that teacher over the years dont have or are missing love, respect, and the feeling of real family bond she is not a baby sitter she is a true teacher

My son hates those baby swings - they put the babies in them to fall asleep, so my son literally cried himself to sleep for a week before I realized what was happening; Im not sure if thats even legal. I also just had a bad feeling about that place - they seemed to have high turnover for everyone but the two women running the place - we took our son out after a week and never even went back to pick up his things.

Both of my babies are graduates of Saidas baby room. Saida and her staff are talented gifted with the babies, toddlers, and caregivers. We probably had our children there for 4 years total and never had any negative experience.I have fond memories from Saida tickling my babys toes as she nursed to almost getting expelled from the toddler room for biting. The reason she was biting is because she didnt have verbal skills. Little People gave us homework and 2 weeks to teach our daughter how to say NO! Move away friend so she had some other resource besides her teeth. It took about a week, working our homework every evening, but she didnt get suspended. For comments about seeing crying babies, I suggest that prospective parents spend some time in the baby room and observe. Just sit in a corner and watch. Just before feeding or snack time, it will get a bit noisy and then a few minutes later all peace is restored as each babies needs are met.As with any people or service oriented business, there is an ebb and flow. Staff that dont work out, etc. But if you are looking for a national chain then Little People is not the place for you and you will not be happy there.Saidas LIttle People is a small family oriented daycare. This is the environment that we wanted for our babies. Again, I recommend that you visit the daycare and see for yourself and make your own decision. It was what we wanted but it might not be right for everyone. If you have a chance to get to know Saida herself, you will find out that she is an extremely courageous, caring, and smart woman. At one point while we were enrolled at LPA, the staff were taking Child Care Courses. I was surprised to find out that Saida made an A in these courses, a grandmother and non-native speaker, was outperforming our younger native speakers.
