I have been attending Grafs ATA Martial Arts for the past three years now. Master Graf is a wonderful teacher, excellent martial artist, and a positive role model. As an adult, I feel there is always a need to improve my level of self confidence, physical fitness, and ability to defend myself. Grafs ATA Martial Arts is a great place to work on those elements in a fun, safe and family-friendly environment.

Weve been coming to South Austin ATA for a couple of months now, and its been a phenomenal experience so far! It has a great family atmosphere where everyone is welcomed, cared for, and pushed to do their best. They also have fun events, including summer camps and parents nights out. Mr. Schaefer, Ms. Schaefer, and Ms. Lallier are excellent teachers who see their students potential and are committed to everyones individual success. Most importantly, my 6-year-old son loves it and is thriving here - I can easily picture him growing up at this school, and Im planning to join myself at some point! Were getting so much value out of coming here, and I highly recommend this school to kids, families, and adults!

Our experience with South Austin ATA began when my daughter won a silent auction for a free month, free uniform and free registration from her school. From the very first class, Mr. Schaefer, Mrs. Schaefer and Ms. Lallier were encouraging, helpful and made her feel at easy. In the very first class, Mr. Elizondo, a recommended blackbelt at the time, went out of his way to work with her and make sure that she understood the moves and was doing them they correct way.A few months later, our youngest daughter joined the Tiny Tigers program and has loved it. Ms. Lallier is a great teacher and has loads of patience with the little ones. She always has enough helpers to make sure that each student gets the attention that they deserve.Jump ahead another few months and now both myself and my wife have joined up.To say that South Austin ATA is a true family friendly environment is an understatement. The vast majority of the 50 - 60 students are part of a family. All and all its a good group and the instructors truly care about their students. The biggest advantage I can see to South Austin ATA is that the owners are the instructors. They have a vested interest in making sure that the curriculum is administered correctly and they students are having fun!Highly recommend checking them out.

My whole family attends this school and we love it. The instructors are super friendly on and off the mat. We never leave the school without having a great workout or without learning something new or how to better what we had learned. They push us to be better and not give up on ourselves. Mr. Schafer, Mrs. Schafer, and Ms. Lallier are all such an amazing instructors. If you are looking for a warm, friendly, workout environment then this should be your school. They also did my daughters birthday party, and all I can say is Phenomenal job. My daughters friends are still talking about it and it has been over a month now. It may not look like much on the outside but once you meet the staff and start the training you will not want to leave.
