The Pit family has changed my life in so many ways. Sifu Hughes and the coaches have tremendous skill and passion for martial arts, fitness, and healthy living. Whether youre looking for fitness or competitive training, I couldnt recommend this place more!

Ive been trying to reach this school for weeks about trying out a class, Ive called multiple times and left messages and even messaged them on facebook but no answer. Also, the website does not have any information on the schedule. Frustrating.

I came 5 years ago for fitness with no experience, interest or intention to learn about fighting/bjj/mma/or kung fu. The real skills taught by the instructors kept me coming back class after class. Now I teach the beginner kickboxing class. This place has been fantastic place to take my health and well being to the next level.
