It’s so hard to choose a first daycare for your little one especially when they’re your first child, but I have always felt like Prodigy has gone above and beyond for my son. He has allergy issues and I always feel confident about my son’s safety. The staff is always professional and have welcomed us with open arms. Griffin’s teachers: Ms Gessica and Ms Shontae are so loving and helped my son adjust to starting daycare. They also help him with his speech as he is in therapy and know how important it is for him to continue to work on it. The front staff are always so sweet and I can tell Griffin really loves his school. I love knowing my baby is happy and healthy when he can’t be with his mama and daddy! Brianna is an amazing director. Thanks for all you do ladies!

I was very skeptic about choosing a daycare for my child since the beginning. Brianna and her team are great at what they do. They are professional and very loving. My baby enjoys her time and I know she is in great hands. Thank you to the entire team!

**Avoid this daycare at all costs.**Our child was punched in the face on multiple occasions and the centers response was completely inadequate. Our child literally cried being dropped off on her last day, saying I dont want to go. (NAME) hits me.This happened no fewer than three times. While we did receive some response that the offending child had been suspended, this was temporary - we received no commitment of any kind that the child would be removed from school, or that that was even something they would be doing. There was no defined action plan other than suggesting to move our child to another class; whatever action plan there was, the director chose to wait until wed already pulled our child from the center to try and communicate it to us.One instance of our daughter being hit in the face didnt even include an incident report - we had to specifically request this, and when we received it we received one noting a story that was nothing like what our daughter told us (each, independently) had occurred. This pattern of abuse took place over the span of a few months; we were forced to remove our daughter to prevent it from happening further.Again - our kid was hit in the face multiple times, and Prodigy was either unwilling or incapable of preventing it from happening again. Whatever their policies are on this matter, they are clearly not working, as I shouldnt have to worry about whether my daughter is coming home with a bruise on her eye. Again. Three times she came home with a bruise on her face from being hit (nearly a black eye). Shame on us for trusting that this place was going to handle it at all after it happened the second time, let alone the third. To make matters worse, the response from the director on one occasion was the teacher didnt see it, as if that somehow absolved them from responsibility. She even went so far as to note that no one had seen the bruise when she left the previous day (we noticed when she got home), which any sane person would take as an implication that the parents were responsible for the bruise, or that it had happened outside of school. This was particularly offensive.Absolutely unacceptable handling of child safety issues. If you read older reviews, you will see the same exact thing reported by other parents.Do NOT leave your child here.

We have experienced some issues regarding the safety in the center. My child was punched in the face coming home with a bruise in her eye punched every other week by the same kid (one time we were not informed, we just noticed the bruise in her eye). The center did nothing about it even thought they knew the same kid was having the same issues with other in the classroom (I was informed by the director the last time occurred). The solution was we could change your child to another class (class with smaller kids and different curriculum) not the appropriate since my child was not the one causing the issue. I hope this review helps other parents to choose wisely.

When I went back to work at the end of May, my husband and I ended up needing to find a new daycare very quickly. We started frantically searching for reputable and affordable places that were close to home/work and that had openings in the next day or two. I genuinely couldnt be happier that we chose Prodigy! The staff is amazing, especially the ladies in the infant rooms. As a new mother leaving my child for the first time, the first few weeks back at work were the hardest. It would have been much more difficult if it were not for the way Ms Debbie showed that she genuinely cared about my child. My daughter is currently in the infant room with Ms Jaynee and Ms Reagan and I love how great they are at helping her grow. My husband and I love the pictures we get every day of her enjoying her time there. Each month they have fun themes and create art and sensory activities based on them. Every day during lunch I go visit and feed my daughter, so I interact with the staff a lot more than most parents might. The director, Ms Brianna and assistant director, Ms Kim are always asking how I am doing and helping me with any issues. They really are an amazing group of people!

This was the first daycare my child experienced and he’ll will never go back there again. This director was unprofessional and corporate did nothing to resolve our issue. I never leave yelp reviews so that should tell you something.

Love Prodigy. All three of our kids have attended for almost two years now - we came from another school prior and once we arrived I wondered what took us so long? The teachers are fantastic, and their love for the kids is very evident. My oldest left Prodigy for public school last year, and is thriving. His teachers remarked recently that its clear he has a great foundation for learning. Furthermore, he loves to come back during the holidays for the school age program. This is an easy five stars in my book.

The staff is great! They are working with my son, who has been kicked out of three other, more expensive daycares for behavioral issues. While other daycares didnt even give him a chance (he only lasted two hours at one). The staff is helping to get his school behavior under control when no one else could. The staff is dedicated and takes a genuine interest in the well being of children, and ultimately that is the most important thing in a child care center.
