I am so grateful that I found Casa De Ninos Montessori School and heres why:- academically challenging environment that is also warm and nurturing and appreciates each child for who he/she is;- low student-to-teacher ratio- Child-centered approach: the students work is self-directed and they are highly independent in the classroom;Overall the school feels like a second family!  Best of all my son absolutely loves it here! He is always excited to go everyday! They also have a great summer program!

Our family has been part of the Casa de Ninos community for over 3 years. We’re only leaving because we’re moving to a different state. And even as were saying goodbyes, Ale and Eloy are helping us find a new community of like-minded families. My kids love this school and are loved at this school.I toured 8 different schools and chose Casa de Ninos for the authentic Montessori principles that make it the Children’s House. Montessori is not just part of their name, it is their way of life and it is evident in their prepared environments, inside and outside. This is not your ordinary daycare. Kids wear uniforms and learn to care for themselves and each other. Casa de Ninos gives them the spaces to grow at their own pace, discover their own interests and become fiercely independent. My not-yet-2 year old is toilet independent because they supported our familys choice of cloth diapers and elimination communication from the start and my child led the way.

My daughter went in 2020 for a few weeks of “camp” over the summer. She adored this place and loved the experience.

Cute school. It was an environment that my son needed at a time he needed it. You can tell the teachers truly love the children and do their best to make it a warm and loving place. I honestly think the method and people there are a big reason he is doing so well at his new school. The projects are engaging and they do a good job of letting your kids explore and grow.We ultimately wound up leaving because there were just too many vacation days and random closings. They upped from 13 to 18 which was ok I suppose, but then changed the schedule yet again, mid-year during the week of, while I was out of town. This coupled with the inconsistency of opening on time is what did it for us.Loved the school and the teachers, but needed something a little more reliable.

This review is long overdue. I moved my daughter to this school from another preschool. That other preschool was good, had the app parents are so fond of, and as a new mom going back to work, getting those pictures in the day was a nice way to transition...but I didnt know what I was missing. We were there for about 4 months when an issue prompted me to look elsewhere. When we first started at Casa de Ninos (about 8 months ago), I was so excited because the environment was unlike any school I toured or the previous school my child was at. It was warm, plenty of natural sunlight, calming, no kids were crying or screaming, the details throughout were meticulous and created with the children in mind first. Yes, I was sad at not getting pictures on the app, but the trade off was INCREDIBLE. My child did not merely play, eat and take naps. She learned SO SO SO much! She grew as a person before my eyes. Shes bilingual, potty trained by her 2nd birthday (earlier if just counting school, took her a little longer at home), she puts her toys away at home, takes up her plate after finishing, pushes her chair in (and anyone elses who forgot), shes proud of herself, still incredibly shy but no longer with meltdowns about it, theres just so much to say about this place! Thats some of what the school has done for my daughter, but it also did something for me as a mom. It gave me peace and confidence. It was a support system. They didnt always do everything perfect but just speak with them, they are constantly looking for ways to improve. Theres no bureaucracy, so any improvement is immediately implemented. At times when my husband started to travel a lot for work and I was left alone with everything on my plate, the hard days when my kid wasnt cooperating and the dogs had an accident in the house, my daughters teacher Ms. Ileana, was my lifesaver! She calmed my daughter, spoke with me as I dropped her off late, helped pull me back together before rushing off to work. She made me a better mom. She is a gem and Im absolutely grateful for her. This school doesnt have the app, doesnt provide all meals, but I wouldnt have it any other way. They are doing it right and I cant believe theres not a 5 year wait list to get in here! Thanks for all you do Casa de Ninos!

Perfect little Montessori for our little girl! My husband and I both work full time so it was very important for us to find a safe, nurturing, and caring environment that caters to working parents. Many other places may have great programs, but only offer part time hours or hours that do not work with schedules for working parents. Casa de Niños offers extended hours AND allows children to develop in a beautiful Montessori environment. Having our daughter get additional exposure to other Spanish speakers was very important to me so I am so glad I found Alejandra and team! Our daughter loves to go to her escuelita everyday [she even objects to leaving at pick up some days because shes had such a great time]. The staff truly enjoys their role in these kids lives. Gracias por todo lo que hacen!
