I just completed my South Carolina Real Estate course after just over three weeks of starting it. The course and the material is laid out well, and it is easy to transition from one level to the next. I had no issues throughout this course, but when I did reach out towards the beginning of the course, I received and answer and help fairly quickly (within an hour or two). There is an adequate amount of audio / video to break up all the reading, and the little pop quizzes you encouter throughout helps give you a feel for how you are doing comprehending the material. I am happy to say I passed all the exams (both course finals, state exam and national exam) on the first attempt at each. If youre considering this course, here is your sign to jump in and get started.

I just started the real estate course (only to chapter 8) but I just have to say how awesome this course is. I feel like they have done an amazing job of integrating their online students and keeping your interest! Some of this material is pretty dry but this course is designed so well to keep you interested and learning with ease. At this rate I’ll be ready for the exam in a month! Super excited to finish but also to learn more about real estate! 100% recommend this course if you’re trying to get your real estate license!

California Real Estate Agent course includes only book in pdf format. Really? In 2021 PDF book? No flashcards or quizzes...Poor support. Was not able to get my money back.The funny thing is when I chose California, I got... we dont have course for California. No course but still making money by selling PDF book in 2021

Best program out there! The app has audio so I listen while driving or doing stuff around the house with my air pods in. No glitches with the app at all. Havent used the desktop version really at all yet. Love the voice over guys voice. Great information! Given in easily digestible segments. The quizzes help me solidify the information. This is so good Im super happy!

I just wanted to write and tell you that your school was the absolute best thing thats happened to me in some time. And to share that I just completed my state and national exams today and PASSED the first time. If you are looking for a fun way to get your classes and pass your exam this is the school you want. It is enjoyable and keeps your attention. I took three courses and a prep course and I couldnt have been more prepared. Thank you again Ace!! Youre doing an incredible job.

This real estate school online course is well done. If you have true interest in the topic then you can move quickly through the lessons and learn. There are good built in tools for helping to burn information into your mind for the subsequent end-of-lesson tests. I have been able to successfully get half way through the course in about five days but I do have a strong interest ... and that is the key to success I believe.

Only completed level 1, but excellent material! I would recommend more instructor videos since this is all online and self-paced. Love the audio computer voice that reads everything to me even while Im driving and studying!

I signed up for the Real Estate course but made a mistake with my email I entered. The customer service was excellent. The agent on the phone helped me swiftly and was very respectful and polite. The Best customer service experience I have has in my entire life!

Asked my instructor a specific question. They gave me incorrect information that ended up on the final exam. I answered according to what I was told. The answer was wrong. When I questioned my instructor about it I got smoke-screened to the point I was like “just forget it”. Then I was emailed a very disturbing message that said to basically “get over it”. They also doubled down on the incorrect answer instead of just saying “we’re sorry.” I honestly just wanted to talk to the instructor. I wasn’t even upset until I kept getting the runaround.Other than that I was pleased. The courses were very easy to understand. Some things needed to be updated and some of the information was contradictory, but that’s when you use outside sources like TREC, TAR and Real Estate for dummies. I passed my Texas Real Estate Exam on the first try so I have to give credit where credit is due. I would just advise that you keep everything in writing and as soon as you see something that doesn’t sound right, point it out so the material can be amended/updated.

Best courses I have ever taken! They make studying interesting and fun and the best part is you can use anywhere and everywhere - I personally used it the app on my phone. I loved that the material was broken down into slides and that you had to swipe to continue the course. My favorite feature was the reading option which reads the slides out loud (minus points for not offering contracts & promulgated forms in that format!). I am just about done with all courses and will now prepare for the exam.

There isnt any way to speak to a human for assistance. Answers by email take 48 Hour plus!!? If you buy parent taught, get ready for some surprise billing when your student finishes the course and tries to take the final exam for their certificates. Pay 20$ to Texas DPS for permission, then pay 30$ for the parent taught course, then, SUPRISE!!! 115$ to take an online exam.Just one more way to be unrepresented as a customer. Preparing you for some more injustice.

Absolutely do not recommend. I took this course for my michigan license, passed all tests with ease and was getting 85%+ on my state exam preparation, yet I failed my official state licensing exam due to being completely blindsided by numerous questions on the test. This course does a HORRIBLE JOB at preparing you for whats ACTUALLY on the state exam.

This course has been extremely easy to follow, with great information. I feel extremely confident that when I am finished I will be able to ace the real estate agents licencing exams! (If not, I will revisit this review)

Seem to be some disconnects on what is presented and what is on quizzes. The app tells me South Carolina is not supported. Wish I knew that before committing. Is there a way to download the entire course for printing or reference? The key terms are sometimes not enough information alone.

I have recently started the course and I love it!!! Very easy to understand. You can work at your own pace and can swap up your devices and pick up where you left off. My only issue is there is no pause button, but I couldnt be happier with my purchase.

Don’t take this course if you are taking it for California. They are not clear with the advertising and I paid the full amount just to read a book with zero extra resources. When I could of bought the book online for $30.

I have been an educator for 34 years and have wanted to try real estate for a long while. I am still teaching full time so the online course is very convenient for me. I’ve been at it about 4 weeks and I’m about half way through the course. Can’t wait to get started.

The course is easy to follow along and the videos of Jason are short, yet thorough. All facets of each skill are clearly explained and elaborated on. These classes are much more enjoyable than others I’ve taken.

Ive been going through the courses to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent, So far its been pretty good. there is a ton of information. Each Chapter says it takes X amount of hours, but it takes me longer because I am a note taker. I do wish they had a pause button in the middle of a screen, because a lot of the time I have to stop to do something for my toddler. & then I have to go back and then forward again to replay the page that I was on.

I signed up less than a week ago which is why I havent given a 5-star review (I havent finished the course yet). However, I am thoroughly enjoying the course: contents are outlined in a fun, straightforward yet educational manner. I love the short quizzes and random questions that help keep you focus and test your knowledge up to that point.I actually look forward to my study time.

The organization of site is good. You get a lot of information that is chunked nicely with practice mixed in in just about the right places. There is an animated robot that is suppose to keep you alert??? Smiling??? Not sure. I’m annoyed at times and other times I appreciate the pun or joke the robots gives. Sometimes I’m like, “just talk normal and give me the info.” I wish there was an option to opt out of the robot version. But other than that, I’m hoping it’s all worth it in the end.

I am half-way through the levels and have learned so much. The summary reviews and quizzes have been great. Each section is taught clearly and explained thoroughly. Im looking forward to the second half and completion.

So far, I am really enjoying the course. Topics are clearly explained, and funny little antidotes break up the monotony and help concepts stick.

Its a bit drawn out to help you understand the concepts better. Could be a good or bad but thats the only thing that gets annoying at times. Overall its an excellent course.

I am a Realtor in Arizona moving to Texas soon. The online course is just fine. It repeats many of important points from time to time to help ensure we remember and understand the main points. And i can stop at any page to review what i need to. The narrator is a little corney at times but thats ok.

Great course but taking the proctor exams was such a hassle. examity is horrible, try using some one else to proctor our exams. I had to spend more money to buy a webcam because apparently I couldnt use my I pad and the proctor was rude and I did not feel secure showing him my home. there has to be a better way to take these exams.

I just finished Level One of the real estate associate course. I really like it so far. I would make one suggestion though...add more quiz questions in each chapter. Theres lots of information in the chapters and one question at the end is not enough.

If youre looking for a PROFESSIONAL, college like, class this isnt it. Youre guided through what is pretty good content/presentation by a comedy robot and silly graphics with goofy sayings. I just took my RE exam and was fully prepared for the National portion, not so much for the TX section. ALL of TX practice exam questions were broad content cupcakes while the actual exam was way deep in the weeds.

Overall I like the ease of utilizing this program for renewing my CE. I do believe some of the classes are already dated. Its been a sellers market for a few years now. I will keep in mind for when it returns to a buyers market. Thank you. Kim

I have really enjoyed the ease of the classes. I find the text and video combination a great fit. I also enjoy how the course put humor and terminology that is easy as well as interesting. I would highly recommend this education format.

Great materials and platforms except for some errors. Took me 2.5 months to complete the courses and another 2 week to go through the practice tests before the state exams. I walked in the test center confidently knowing I will pass and I did passed both within 3 hours.This is my true review. I did leave a 1 star review because of some communication problem before signed up for the class but di get the problem resolved within a few days.After signed up every went good all the wait until I got my license.

If you are looking for a California license I would explore other options. This is a bare bones course that offers the bare minimum. You get access to a couple of textbook pdf docs and an exam to satisfy the state college course requirement. Nothing else. I took the course and primarily used YouTube to learn the material. I had to scour google for study guide support. The website made it sound like there would be support for the course. Maybe in other states, but thats not the case for California. I would pay about $20 for this course bc I feel thats about all the value I got from it, meaning this course costs over 5x what its worth. Dont waste your time here. Not to mention that support staff are available 7 days a week *excluding weekends* and 7a-1p pacific *except for the hour and half break they take every day for lunch* So this course is.......lacking to say the least.

Great course! Very interactive. Passed on first try. Dont believe the racist BS people wrote about the proctors. They do there job and read from a script which is pretty descriptive. The course is so detailed that you dont just pass, but actually understand what your studying and it will help you in your career.

Love this. Ive tried other sites and it was numbing videos that I just couldnt soak up what I needed to, as well as mountains of books to read through. I love this, because I can do it anywhere. Waiting in line at the grocery store. At the office when things are slow. In the recliner while my husband is watching something that doesnt interest me...lol. I am loving it. Plus I love how the % shows what Ive accomplished. Helps keep me going and pushing myself. Others I felt I was moving but not going anywhere. So glad I found you guys. Cant wait to get wrapped up and pass that test, start a new beginning.

Loved the course. It was repetitive and lots of jokes/puns (as some have mentioned), but this approach personally helped the material stick. I passed every course the first time, and I passed my state exam on the first try. I loved the app feature - it is how I did most of my studying! I was able to study on the road as a passenger, during lunch breaks at work and while rocking my baby to sleep. I was able to initiate the licensing process and obtain my license within 3 months. I recommend this course to everyone. Can’t beat the value and convenience!

The CA real estate program is literally just an online text book. Thats it. you will be paying for an online text book and the ability to take the exam proctored online. No assisted ability to review or practice, no online flash cards, no review questions, nothing. Just a textbook. The text book is informative but long. Course descriptions and reviews were slightly misleading.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course. It is interesting and comprehensive. Learning this way is very effective.

The course itself is decent if you can get past all the typos. Even an answer on one of the quizzes had a typo but if you know the right answer, you can spot the typo. Instead of an 8 it had the # 5. I even had to go back and double check the text because the correct answer was not an option. BUT lets get to the real problem. I havent felt this stressed in a long time! The tests. I logged on to take my test and it took almost an hour just to get it going. I used the message chat box and was told they are having technical issues and I would not be able to take my test. Next thing i know, someone was on Zoom and I was beginning my test. After the test, for whatever reason, I could not open Word like she asked or do anything on my computer. I just kept getting the spinning circle. After SEVERAL attempts, I finally gave up. I have wasted enough time. The lady told me I was in violation but there was absolutely nothing I could do. I did everything she asked. I finally just had to turn my computer off. She told me it was my computer but funny how since I logged off with them, no problems, no spinning circle. She told me I could not get off my computer. So am I just supposed to stay here all night? I couldnt even open another tab. Trust me, there has got to be a better course to take than this one! If you want to be calm while testing, this is not the course. My nerves were shot before I could even take my test. Then, you cant understand the person. They ar foreign but every time she spoke it was windy and full of static. I will be seeing if I can get a refund and take a different course.

I put everything I had into learning real estate through this program for 12+ hours per day, passed every final the first time, then didnt study for a month while I was waiting to take the state and national tests and passed both on the FIRST TIME. I havent been through any other real estate schools, but this was perfect for me. I learned real estate while sitting on my couch. Ive been a licensed agent now since May and a Realtor since June, all thanks to this program. You get what you put into it. I put everything I had into it and ended up with a new wonderful career.

My credit card information ended up on dark web after a shady interaction when taking an exam w/ proctor. Very disappointed. Liked the classed but not willing to risk identity theft w/ exam proctor service you are forced to use at end of each course. I had all sorts of high alerts immediately following a payment I made specifically to this company & proctor. Very scary & not worth it.

This was great at getting me through the national exam which I passed first time. But unless I was really unlucky with the state exam questions I didn’t feel prepared enough at all and failed by one point even tho I knew the content of the course and had done so much revision. I’ve now paid for two revision sites which are giving me entirely different materials and have read the whole TREC website!! A bit disappointed at this point. Resit booked

This course made the material super easy to remember in addition to keeping my attention.

Used for training and was obviously very swayed politically in one directions.

If it werent for covid, I would highly recommend an in person class. Taking it online took me almost 6 months to complete, its an insane amount of material to get through. The material has some liberal biases as well that are easy to overlook, but they are there. For example using the term Latinx (only 3% of Latinos use this by the way) which is a gender neutral term. There are some opinion based assumptions regarding the level of existence of racial discrimination in mortgage lending today, to be fair they did add to their material after I brought this to their attention, so I think that is admirable, but there still remains a bias in that they are trying to prove an opinion that they clearly have going into the argument. If they positioned this as an opinion rather than fact, I would have no problem. But teaching thousands of future real estate agents an idea that is quite negative and potentially untrue I feel is damaging and passing it off as factual material is a bit disingenuous.

I’m enjoy the teaching and the chance of me getting my real estate license.

At the start I was a bit nervous about the amount of information being given to me and how much I had to read! As I went along I found the method of communication they use very easy to understand and entertaining as well!

AceableAgent is a very interactive and fun course to take, but honestly I don’t think they’ve prepared me properly for the licensing exam. Don’t get me wrong, I passed the exam on the first trial, and I have to say that for the state part of the exam I was very well prepared and confident. However, for the national part, which is about 3/4 of the total exam questions, I had to rationalize a lot and sometimes just go by luck! Also, I practiced online taking all the available free practice tests I could find, and that is what helped me the most. Perhaps I should have paid Pearson the $20 to take their practice test, but considering it only covered the national part and you can only take it once, I’ve decided not to spend the money.Anyways, while I did have a positive experience with AceableAgent, I would not recommend to a friend!

Convenient way to study real estate pre licensing to get a license! They have proctors included in the course as required by the state of Texas to have when taking final exams after each course! I can go on my phone app, laptop, tablet to study and go into the courses. Great program for the cost!

Takes MUCH longer than 180 hours. Lots of repetitive information. They lead you to believe once you buy the course you can complete at your own pace but this is not the case. Found out 3 months in you only get 6 months to complete the entire thing. It seems part of their business model is to capitalize on this lack of transparency . You are lead to believe its a one time purchase and expected to purchase a subscription extension if you do not make the surprise cut off date. This is no way how the product is advertised.Customer Service is non-sympathetic and unwilling to resolve any issues.

This course is both thorough and well-written. Smooth user experience, witty, and inclusive of interactive games/quizzes to keep the most important info top of mind in order to be well-prepared for the test!

Ridiculously long, I regret not taking the Real Estate Express course or using a local real estate school. I would have finished by now, as a couple of my friends have. As another review mentioned, this course is tons of reading, screen after screen, very few quizzes, which make it more difficult to retain information. It is very much like reading several books for each course. The course itself is very informative, but yet very drawn out. Pages and pages of information that just reiterates the exact thing you read on a previous page. If you want to get it done quickly, this isn’t the route to take.

I highly recommend this program. It’s easy to study and easy to retain the information. I passed the exam both parts on the first try.

Using this program made the process of getting my real estate license quick, simple, and fun. Enjoyed working at my own pace and the guidance this gave. After this program, I felt that the state and national exams were much more obtainable than had I used another program! I felt completely prepared just using their program and nothing else and passed on my first attempt!

Best online course for - Texas Real Estate Salesperson State and National test Prep. The corny memes and occasional video made it much easier to stay focused and struggle through the content. I passed both exams on the first try. The best tools are the definition sheets from the study guide section, as understanding those key terms will ensure you pass the test. I will certainly recommend this program!

Love AceableAgent. It makes learning easy and fun. The content varies between text, videos, questions to ensure your picking things up and end of section tests to make sure you grasped the key points. Lots of repetition of the key points which I love. Glad I chose this course over the others out there.

Good material if you can weed through the mass of unnecessary commentary/jokes/puns. Riddled FULL of typos and grammatical errors. Exam proctors can’t speak English. Course won’t work with Safari so better download Firefox if you’re a Mac user. Makes you wonder if this is a game or truly a valid pathway to acquiring a real estate license... guess I’ll find out after I weed through the course. Go elsewhere if you prefer professionalism.
