I was purchasing tickets via their site and the transaction froze after taking funds but prior to actually giving tickets. I called and was advised the charge was just a hold and would fall off shortly. That was Friday, it is now Tuesday, the hold has become a charge. I contacted TBO which was a nightmare between getting a recording that states they are open 9-4 and hangs up on you, this was at 10 and 12 and 1 all during business hours, or a busy signal. If your fortunate to get through hopefully it does not go for you how it did for me. I was advised that they would fax a form to my bank. After contacting my financial institution I was advised they will take email but do not fax anymore. I called to advise TBO of this and spent almost an hour trying to get through only to be told when I finally did that they cannot do that only fax. Upon requesting a manager I was transferred and when that individual answerred they advised i had been transferred to the receptionist services for the venue and i need to call...the number that transferred me there. I may get my money back eventually however this uas been a horrible experience and I will never give any money to this company again just based on principle. I do not reccomend using the services of their website or phone line as it does not work as intended and they are completely content with that.
Very helpful, we had ticket issues and they did everything they could to help us and it all worked out.
When accidentally purchasing double tickets this box office refused to help out with a refund. All sales final...150 dollar lesson to never use them again.
