I dropped in to Lotus Club Goodyear for a few classes while I was in the area recently. Professor Johnny is a fantastic teacher, and the whole crew was more than happy to armbar and choke me as if I was part of the family. Thanks everyone! I will be back the next time Im in town.

Fantastic school for all ages! The coaches are phenomenal. They take time to really teach and show techniques no matter the skill level of the student. The atmosphere is one of fairness and respect. Other schools weve been to, the adults in particular, are too concerned about how bad*** they are rather than learning techniques or guiding the new students.I highly recommend this school for everyone. Its a family-friendly school. Its also very military/veteran friendly.

I absolutely love coming here to Lotus. The people are absolutely cool people. The instructors are excellent. They take the time to teach you and let you learn and ask questions. This is an easy review; come to Lotus and get your roll on. You’ll enjoy it and you’ll miss it when you aren’t there. 5 stars easily.

Lotus Club Goodyear...Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for arts and youth. I have 5 kids here and am glad we made the decision to join this BJJ Family. We came from our first gym and proceeded with some caution - once we were in and welcomed, we knew our decision was the right one. There are many levels of knowledge training here but on the mats coaches and students make sure everyone is learning and excelling to their best ability. The coaching has given us the best feeling because Coach John takes his time give the reasons why and shows how the teaching gets you to succeed. This place is an amazing place to train. My son has trained with Coach Johnny for years and has learned so much. He loves jiu-jitsu and a lot of that is due to his coach. My son has been able to compete and win multiple tournaments under Coach Johnny. This is definitely the best place for jiu-jitsu.

Great new location with a great vibe! The mats are new and suspended on a foam base with makes it feel like training on a cloud! World Class instruction from Black Belts Daniel Hampton and Johnny Wintrow keep the curriculum fresh and engaging with their unique teaching methods. Love this place!!!

My son & I have been doing JIu Jitsu for some time. We just recently switch schools & we are glad we did! The office staff Mrs “T” was great & answered all my questions about membership. Coach Johnny is a long time friend & a great instructor. My oldest was one of Johnny’s original mini-monster & taught my son a lot. Now my middle son just started his journey with Jiu Jitsu @ the age of 4. I am really excited about the move & glad my family has found a great home! Thanks you Lotus Club!!

It’s fun and youre going to have fun. The prices can’t be beat, with access to all their gyms in az with unlimited classes(which is still insane to me) and your first payment gets you an official lotus club gi. If you want to lose some calories but feel accomplished instead of just another day feeling defeated then what better place to start than lotus club jiu jitsu. The instructor Daniel is also very cool and doesn’t care if you’re a new comer there is no special treatment to those who have been there longer he is willing to help, he’s gonna make sure you know what you’re doing. Trust me, egos should be left at the door but knowing what you’re doing is always a great confidence boost. Also the placement is very convenient for those in the area looking to start but don’t want to pay the aggressive prices of the other gym around here

The instructors are active in competitions, they bring in guest instructors, the Lotus Club AZ community has four locations you can train at(Gilbert, Goodyear, Peoria, and Prescott) the team culture they are creating is amazing!
