Sometimes when you get married you forget to take care of yourself. 7 years of not working out went out on a limb from advice for a friend and found this gem of a gym. Initially just planned on signing up my 6 year old for Muay Thai but after seeing coach Mike and his wife’s attention to my son I decided to sign up as well for jiu jitsu I mean this wholeheartedly that I feel better then I have in over 10 years since I graduated high school. I feel like this is changing my life for the better and it gives me so much more energy throughout the day. I love how coach Mike spends his time with every student and I don’t feel like I’m part of some massive group class. Establishment is clean structured and in an awesome location right of the freeway. 10 out of 10 go ahead and try a trial class it will be the best decision of your life! My son also loves Muay Thai as well and it helps him a lot day to day with him being so passive!!

The instructors are amazing and always positive. My son has been training here over a year and a half. Before he started he was having a lot of trouble in school. Sentosa has definitely brought a positive change to his attitude!

Really outstanding instructors and guidance for people of all ages they really keep the kids involved and focused. Really love it here and recommend to anybody who is starting a new journey in martial arts and to anybody who has trained martial arts before!

My son takes classes and loves it. The instructors are awesome and really work with him and the other children. They take time to explain things and show him what hes doing wrong. When the children do well they pay them with compliments. He hates to miss a class. It has made him a well rounded individual and has really helped build his self confidence. Sentosa is a great martial arts school. My son has gained self confidence, strength, agility, and coordination since joining 2 years ago. My daughter is now on the same path since she joined a year ago. I even decided to get in on the action. The instructors are knowlegable, patient, and committed to student success.

I absolutely love Sentosa Martial Arts AND the instructors. My 3 children have been participating in Muay Thai and Jujitsu since July. The confidence my daughter has gained since then is astounding, she is a completely different little girl. Every single instructor there is incredible, their patience with my very active 4 year old is amazing to say the least. Im so glad that I found Sentosa for my daughter. From the first class, the training had been focused mainly on actual defensive and offensive moves that could be used in a real life situations, instead of making her learn about those Kata moves that are mostly for performances like other martial arts. I love that my daughter, who had never been inclined to participate in any kind of sport before, cant wait each day to train.

My son recently started at sentosa and he was very shy at first but after he got on the mat he loved it! The owners are very friendly and their instructors are awesome!

Everything about sentosa is awesome. The staff, instructors, and even the other families I have met here are friendly, helpful, and great with reinforcing my sons self-confidence as well as providing the necessary individual instruction and encouragement to keep him moving forward without falling behind.

I was shy when I first started muay thai. I was very surprised on how much confidence I was building as I was progressing through my training thanks to instructors Jerry and Rick. I highly recommend going to sentosa to learn Martial arts, build confidence, or just to have fun.

The head instructor and owner is very arrogant, rude, disrespectful and an overall shame to real black belts. He talked down to his kid students. He talked down to his adult students. He gave me dirty looks and sarcastic comments. He laughed at me even though my rank in many arts is higher than his as well as my teaching experience and competition experience. Hes a joke. His company also continued texting me approx. 25 reminders of the same trial appt. after I told them multiple times to STOP TEXTING AND EMAILING ME. SLIME.

I have both of my children enrolled in Mauy Thai and our son also does Brazilian Ju Jitsu. They love it. Everyone is like a family. I couldnt have found a better place for my kids.

My son was 7 yrs old when we joined Sentosa Martial Arts. He has been training in Muay Thai Kickboxing, Korean Sword and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is now 11 yrs old still continuing his training with Sentosa Martial Arts. In March he earned his Black Belt in Korean Sword. Just this past May he earned his Black Belt in Muay Thai Kickboxing. His a competitor in Brazilian Jit Jitsu representing his school its never a dull moment in the tournament. He enjoys every minute of his training with Sentosa Martial Arts.
