These people are useless they never answer and when they do they are really rude to you and talk to you like they hate their job. They like to keep you waiting and waiting for a call that they never return how can they have so many employees and never be able to pick up a phone

My expiriance was great service from student services in especific with lety she was a sweet and kind. My kudos to her and her service.Aldo i stop by family and community engagement department all i can say it great people and outstanding service.

This is the worst school district in the county. If you have any possible way of transferring your kids out of it, you should ASAP. I have had my kids in this district and I work with many kids who go to several schools in this district. There are too many stories I could tell.

I have been a volunteer since the age of 18 back in 1979. And I have seen a lot of changes some for the better. The best one I think is, that all employees have to wear BCSD picture IDs. Great plus. Now when anyone is on campus you can see whos staff employee. My school site in the Downtown school. And I love it! :) 2017-2018 Looking forward to the up coming new school year.

They keep your kids from going stupid. The best doing the best possible for our children. Truth. So quit bitching about how the teachers arent doing theyre jobs, pay em more and maybe then youll get what you expect, not what you pay for.

Not worth my time!

If an parents has held their child back a grade you should let them put their child back to theyre original grade level because for some children with them knowing their not on theyre right grade level it can lead to stress on the child can eventually stress on the parents then the parents will start worrying about it their child is ok. If anything was to ever happen to a child thats parents came to bcsd to ask if they can put theyre child to his or her right grade level and the people at bcsd say no or something about an test that can be bad because to much stress on the mind can kill you so please before its to late when a parent comes there to ask if they can put their child to his or her original grade level say yes, call the parents that have called and tell them if they still wanting to put their child up to his or her grade level tell them your willing to before you cant.

My son has had nothing but great experiences with Nichols Elementary as well as Chipman Jr High. What you get out of the school is what you put into it. Parents can make such a difference by working WITH the teachers not against them.

It was a little frustrating explaining what I needed but when I finally found the person in charge of what I needed , it went fine. I would just recommend that you have ALL the information you have in hand before you go.

I tryed making a complaint of a teacher and priciple !!! From william pennn elementry threw the distrcit johnson!! Was so shaddy!!! She said it would just stay as called no corm neemed to be filled out!! I wouldnt get a update if tht staff was written up or fired!!!! Mmm though she was crokedd so i calldx CDE best believe they told meee i had to fill out a complaint uniform form!!! Aya !!! No such paper mmmm !!! I had to go to the distrcit make the complaint on paperother wisee my effort would have been ignored!!!!! In order for California Dept of education to stepin and do a good investigation !!!! Shame on thiss corrupted district try to cover up there rassest teachers and unprofferional principless... shamees
