Dollar Tree has a lot of useful and cheap items. I DO like to shop there. The associates are friendly, and you can always find something you didnt know you needed at a great price. There are more party supplies than a party supply store in Party Town. Who is having all of these parties?? Anyway, why in blazes cant someone clean up the aisles, and neaten the stock? See photos. This store looks like a storm came through it.

The people there are extremely nice! I always go in just to browse and end up spending a lot of money because I just love everything there! Right now Halloween is out and that is my favorite time of year so you can imagine all the cool things I just found! I strongly suggest going to this one because the people there are just the best.

Every time I come in this store there is always a line and boxes everywhere. I am guessing the supervisor she is Always has an attitude with everyone and doesnt care about anything you bring to her attention and also not to mention I was pulled over for no reason because one of the employees gave the cops the wrong information. I think if the supervisor was needs to step her game up and further more if she doesnt like her job she could always find another one..

Although I love The Dollar Tree I was very disappointed that today there was a continuous line of about 20 people with only one cashier working. I was impressed that this cashier maintained a positive attitude while answering phone calls with this huge line of customers. I told her I felt bad for her and wanted to jump on a register. She stated that they had multiple calls offs. I would think her superiors would be in there helping to keep the business operating and not leaving this employee to fend for herself.

I absolutely am in love with this dollar tree, it gets a little bit unorganized but that is simply because there is that much stuff in there ,like random stuff Im literally in there for hrs lookin at everything my ride left me once before... Lol at any rate its my all time favorite out of all of them!!6666

One of my favorite dollar tree stores. They get new items in frequently, but items like decor, go fast. Cant beat the deals. Its located in a good area with many other great stores nearing it. They often dont have carts, one of the employees had said that people steal them, so Ill use a basket for quick trips or a cart from save a lot next door, if Im getting quite a few items. Staff are very friendly, store is organized and parking is decent.

Lots of stuff on the shelves. I always love the variety of things that they carry. Makes it so nice and easy to pick up a lot of little snacks for on the go or ... Hopefully in the future ... Road trips! The store was clean and staff was very polite. I love going there.

I am amputee in wheelchair with chronic bone marrow cancer...this morn I had $100. worth of items many cans and such...Paige was Awesome in helping me;she was very kind in bagging my heavy items in my cloth bags and not overloading them and putting my breakables separate and then setting everything nice in the cart.They were very busy today.... so want her to know how much she was greatly appreciated ....Thank You again Paige

I love this Dollar Tree.They usually always have every and anything I’m looking for.Everything is $1 and there’s things you’d find at Walmart that are like $5 when you can get it for $1 at DT. The Workers are always friendly,I’ve never had a problem shopping here🙂The only complaint I have is that their carts seem to be slowly disappearing and only about 4 remain left and only one carrying basket 😒

Cashier here on 03/15/2020 at 2:20pm was wearing gloves but no mask. She coughed on her gloved hands while checking people out about once or twice a minute and continually touched her face with her gloved hands. Her face was bright red and she was somewhat sick looking. Please train your chasers on hygiene better during a pandemic.

Well had to wait in line for a 1/2hour because there was only one cashier an the other one was over playing with here cell phone an balloons an talking to a friend of hers.i think on friday an Saturday thay should have two cashiers an a manager to make sure things are running right an people dont have to stand in line so long

Horrible service!!!!I go to this dollar tree almost every day and spend hundreds of dollars every month seeing how its close to my home and I have never been so disrespected and treated so rudely by store workers and this has been multiple different workers and multiple different times also have asked for the number for their corporate office and they refused to give it to me I ended up having to look the number up and still have not received a call back and I have witnessed the same workers treating other customers poorly I am disabled and have been verbally attacked by one of the managers

Went to the one in Barberton and they gave no air conditioning and shelves were empty. Not very satisfied this time around

I wish I could actually give negative stars ⭐️ because I’ve never been so angry leaving a store as I was leaving the BARBERTON dollar tree today! Cory that works there told an elderly black man with a cane who was having a hard time with his EBT card that “ if it didn’t work the first time what makes you think it will work a second time? There’s no money on your card, you need to pay with cash, you’re holding up my line!” He wasn’t even working the register. I told him “that’s rude how do you know the machine isn’t broken and shouldn’t speak to costumers that way, you have 6 registers and only one open that’s not his fault that’s your fault!” He said “that’s what I’m trying to do” I said “don’t yell at him” to which he replies “I’m not yelling at him I’m yelling at you!”This store is filthy. They don’t restock shelves they put boxes out with merchandise in them but don’t take time to restock. What is on the shelves is a jumbled mess. During this outburst today I saw 3 different employees none of them apologized to this man! When I got up to the register guess what? My card gave me trouble, the chip reader didn’t work 🤔There are many dollar trees to choose from Arlington rd store is beautiful, Wadsworth dollar tree is great too! I would STAY AWAY from this BARBERTON one. The store number is 2067 if you need to complain too!

Horrible! The most rudest employees Ive ever had to deal with! I am outside the store 9:18pm downpour raining and are locking the doors...the management wouldnt even tell me what time she was closing i will be contacting corporate THIS IS JUST Unacceptable!!!

My favorite store in the world

Compared to other dollar trees, it needs cleaned, organized better. Other trees have moreetter selections.

Friendly, fast as they can be. This one is my favorite out of the ones that are on Firestone, Springfield. Barberton is the one that has more options to choose from. More items than the others.

I used to love this location and shopped here every week or more often. They have completely turned around. Its filthy and the shelves are all jumbled up, boxes of merchandise are stacked all over the store. The stockers are sitting on the floor chatting. It reaks of marijuana half the time and there are no more carts left since they moved them outside. Im so disappointed about the changes Ive seen over the past year.

If I could give 0 stars I would! No carts or baskets inside. Had to carry my God kids while trying to shop and couldnt even buy everything I wanted because of this. The cashier Celeste was completely rude and refused to find a cart for us. And the manager christine cussed us out on the phone when we called!! Rude people!!!!

I really enjoy it there. I believe that most things there are worth a dollar, but at other stores its more. The service is very nice! Thank you Dollar Tree, for understanding, that we dont deserve horrible prices.
