They never have enough products to stock shelves. The workers said they only get a few things at one time and never know what theyll get or if theyre going to have the same stuff they had last shipment. Ive been waiting for little friskies can cat food. Theres no reasOn for not having any, is there??? Youre always out of cleaning products, bread, buns, cheese, milk, and many other things. This place is expensive now, milk was $3.59 for a gallon, a 20 oz drink, $1.90 plus tax, candy bar was $1.75, they call it family dollar cause the whole family has to throw in money to afford anything. The place is dingy, the lighting needs upgraded, workers have long flat carts in isles that are already tight and cramp, they never have enough stock. Its just a covience cause its across the street from me. Some of the workers are rude, some are nice, and some arent around ever.

The employees are usually great. But management could you reallllly not schedule a few more people on truck day??? I’m sure your employees could use the hours. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone in and 1/3 of the store is inaccessible because of rolling carts stacked with boxes are blocking aisles/items. It’s an entire mess.

This is the store closest to my house but I normally try not to go there. They never have any carts so I have to cut my shopping to what I can fit in a basket. Plus normally I have my God Son who is 1 and needs to be in a cart to sit. Today I went in and asked them for a cart. The young male cashiers response was oh probably outside some where a lot of the clothing had wrong size hangers when I brought this up his response was oh I dont doubt it didnt try to help me or give a solution at all. Very unprofessional!!!

Was looking for a shoe horn. No luck. Nor Lysol. But still the closest thing to a dollar store as far as necessities are concerned

I hope management reads this and does something! THIS STORE IS ATROCIOUS!! it’s filthy, nothing is in order, there is only a few staff members that are professional the rest I have 0 comments for! Please it’s time to go in and clean house. It’s such a convenient location and nice to have local but it’s gone down hill terribly! Parking lot is always trashy as well! Corporate needs to be a better neighbor!

Got my. Chicken. Noodle soup large noodles with mixed vegetables 4 cans love it. Great soup. You know they always have everything i shop for and the cashier was very nice smiled and we chatted. Barberton. Oh on. 5th. Street go there and enjoy. Merry. Christmas

Normally when i go in (the past 3-5times) there is such hostility between the girls working. They dont hide their dislike for each other to customers. I normaally get a kick out of the drama. Today when i went in there was a guy working the atmosphere was polite & service was timely. Also the amount of stock to be put away wasnt all over the isles- whole different experience.

I find the constantly changing staff unsettling. Prices have become almost if not conferable to other grocery stores. They are not Senior friendly when it comes to coupons and keeping same items on shelf untill the end of sale date. Most customers do not have smart phones in our area for store sales for coupons. No rain checks are given. Popular and needful items are not replaced frequently enough. Such as milk. There have been occasions​ staff have told complaints from the seniors and disabled If you dont like the prices or lack of products; go to the store down the street.. When complains to franchise owner; He seemed unconcerned. Chaging of staff does not clear up the attitude. I do not shop the Family Dollar for 5 months at a time. I used to make weekly trips across the street to the store. They have lost my business.
