My mother dropped my daughters cello and broke a string and other things... this nice guy fixed it Same Day!!! Less than 30 minutes!!! AWESOME SERVICE. Dont know if hes an instrument technician or not, but he knew his Stuff 💯Extremely Satisfied 😌

This store is the BEST music store ever! Ive visited music stores from Nashville to San Francisco, and Music & Arts has a terrific selection of items, instruments, and most anything for the serious musician. Moreover, the people behind the counter are super helpful and attentive to customers!

The repair guy is rarely at the store and they wont sell any parts unless he is there. I dont know who Agnes is from a previous review, but clearly she is friends with someone who works there because this place is not one of the best music stores in the city much less the country. If shes been to Nashville and San Francisco then she is lying through her teeth about this store. I would recommend this place if you are looking for sheet music or a band instrument, but thats about it.
