They deserve zero stars. I bought candy and it was expired. The chocolate had white coating and she said because it was bought the day before and due to it being opened they cant do anything. The manager Julissa was very rude and was not helpful. The worst store experience ever dont buy anything from here ever I even asked for store credit andShe said they dont do that.

Store is great very convenient to grab every day items, but the customer service sucks! They dont have an intercom or headsets to contact each other so instead they scream across the store multiple times until someone answers... The cashiers are using their phones behind the register while the lines form longer! Definitely not professional at all.

Used to go here daily. the staff is always friendly. but for some reason It is always a long line with only one register open. Completely under staffed.

The store is always hot. Its often messy, and there is always a long wait to checkout. The cashier is often away from the register and I have had to ring a bell, call out, and walk around the store to locate someone to help me. The conversations between the female associates and female manager can be offensive and the language is also vulgar. Ive been in the back of the store and heard their conversatuon distinctly while they were in the front of the store. I go there because of the convenient hours and low prices. The store used to be very clean and well managed but has deteriorated recently. They turned the aisles around and now theyre narrow and dark. Hard to see whats on the shelves. If you have a cart or even a hand basket its very difficult to pass by another customer. Managers are LOUD and many times out front smoking while the store is unattended.

I love shopping at Family Dollar!! They have something for everyone at reasonable prices.

I walked in and a associate eyed balled me walking in and said I have to leave my bag just because I am a guy I guess I was not allowed to walk around with my family due to this though I did not give a rebuttal a minute later a woman walked out with a similar sized backpack and she was not questioned I see this as a form of discrimination! I have been to this location once or twice and have no complaints . I brought what I needed and the customer service was decent . I didnt look through the whole store however I think it should be fine .

The worst place ever! they dont know what customer service is!closes the shop at 9.35 ! at least give correct timings!I just needed three balloons for my daughters birthday and lady shut the door on my face!

Had an awful experience this morning with a trashy manager named Jodie. She looks like shes on drugs and was rude to me. She looked annoyed when I asked help finding an item and when I could not find it on my own she again refused to help me look for it. She said she was too busy stocking the store

Worst Family Dollar.... I visited the store after work last night around 5:30PM there was one register open and a line wrapped around the isles. I asked for a manager from a gentleman how seen to be in charged and he told me the Manager was not in and walked away. I asked him if they were going to open another register and he said NO! So I walked carefully through the store that was so packed with unopened boxes on dollies that you could not get to the products I came to purchase. It was a Fire Hazard the way the isles were blocked with boxes. I never found the Brillo Pads that I came for and when I asked another employee on the floor for help he said that he did not speak English. Dont waste your time

This is a dollar store, so I only expect so much, but I found it to be badly organized and unlabelled. Also by 9pm Columbus day there didnt seem to be a manager on duty to help the three very junior staff members that were running the store--and they could have used one.

This is a horrible place the manager is horrible , she has a major attitude and she is a heavy drug user I witnessed her parade through the store in rage yelling and screaming at employees as well , family dollar has to look into this . You look horrible
