I went to print out an important document today and Cashmire helped me. She was very sweet and kind! Anytime I go to print anything there, I always get great costumer service.

Office Depot is the place to go! I got some pictures for my project printed in a flash. There was also someone to speak Spanish to my mom.

I ordered same day service for business cards, i put in my order in online at 12:30 pm and it said to pick up at 7 pm. i called to make sure my order would be ready the same day and i was told yes if i put in my order by no later than 2pm. i went in store at 8pm and they could not find my order, i was told it was not made :( i said i would wait because im needing my business cards for tomorrow. i honestly got no apology from the staff i was only told that they were busy and no same day order is guaranteed on the same day. my cards do not look very nice, the color is off and not vibrant, not worth the $60 i paid. i was also told to order online and have them shipped instead because they print better that way. why even have an in store printing service if they cant even do it right??

Always a very dull store aesthetically, but chock full of everything you could ever need for your office, for school supplies, and even just for things around the house. Uniquely capable of satisfying nearly any school or office need!

Amazing people with great customer service experience. I been to this place plenty of times and never had any complain about it. Come and be served by the best people.

What’s the point of posting your open times if you aren’t going to be open during that time. I just drove from Orange to Beaumont to get to here to make sure that I had what I need and at 8:55 the store was already on lock down???? And when I called the store at 8:57 to find out why they were closed, she politely put me on hold until 9:00 PM on the dot and came back on the line to tell me “oh we are closed” Are you kidding me Office Depot?

Terrible. Wanted to order something. Talking to the person at the counter. The person was on their cell phone. The person talked over me. Did not listen. I just left.

I got my office desk and office chair for the review im making right now. This place has everything office related and i love that. Best place for all your supply needs.

Was looking for a printer and wanted some info on them. About15 min later someone came and asked if I needed help. I said yes. The only thing is the questions I had were basic and he did not know the answers. Questions like: What was the newes?; What was compatable with my IMac?. Store was not busy. I ended up getting one at BEST buy for the same price with better service.

Though they have a smaller selection that some other stores when it comes to electronics, their printing and office supplies selection are awesome. The print department can even do same day canvas printing.

If your goal is to walk around lost and confused looking for something specific for 15 minutes while the staff does their best to avoid any kind of eye contact or awareness you are there even as you walk out blatantly disappointed empty handed this is by far the best place to go.

They did not have spam. I subsist on a diet strictly comprised of spam. I asked where the spam was located but they told me they did not carry it. I need spam to live. Very disappointed with my spamless shopping experience.

Friendly staff. I asked someone from another department to help me find something and not only did they leave their area to help me but they also helped me get it out of the store. Dont forget to sign up for their rewards program and use the coupons they always have great ones

I had two certificates that is just like cash from the website. They werent coupons. All the other stores Ive visit allows you to use as many certificates as you want, however this stores tells me I could only use one per transaction. There was nothing written on the website or the certificates that stated this. When I left the store I called the other store and spoke with a manager and was told that it wasnt true. If you had 15 you could use 15. That the certificates were the same as cash. When one budgets, money out of your pocket makes a huge difference!
