Our daughter was at Mayflower from 7 m/o - 14 m/o, so she experienced both the baby and the wobbler rooms. All of the teachers are so sweet and really made us feel like our daughter was a part of their family. Id highly recommend checking out Mayflower as a daycare option for any age.

I cant recommend this school enough! All of the instructors and employees are exceptionally skilled and kind with very big hearts. all 3 of my children have gone to daycare here for a combined 4 - 5 years. Theyve been through all levels of care from baby room to big kids preschool.

7 months ago I toured the school and met Annette, who was the director at that time and heard so many great things about the infant teachers, which caused me to put a deposit down to insure a spot for my son for February after my maternity leave was up. Two weeks ago I go to Mayflower to pick up papers to fill out for him to start February 13th and find that there is a new director, Cindy, and 2 new teachers in the infant room, which made me a little nervous because Cindy was anything but friendly and welcoming. I went in to visit last week to introduce my son to the school and get him ready for daycare and I was so upset with the way the teachers handled the babies and didnt follow licensing requirements. Some of the things I saw: Cindy removing an 8 week old baby who was swaddles from a swing and placing her on the floor, then walked away to give a different child a bottle. The baby was trying to move around but couldnt because she was swaddled. After 5 minutes of watching this little one struggling I finally asked to take off her swaddle. I saw Cindy and the teacher Landy change childrens diapers and not wash their hands before or after the diaper change and then go and feed children bottles. I saw that they just moved children from on chair to the swing to the crib to a different stationary piece of baby equipment. Children werent being talk to or sung to. All the babies were upset and bored, the teachers didnt give the children toys to play with as they were buckled into the chairs. The toys that were on the floor looked super dirty and were crunchy with dried food or spit. Babies were left in chairs sleeping with blankets covering part of their face when they should be transferred to a crib to sleep. Cindy gave a baby a teether that was straight out of the freezer with ice crystals and the child grabbed it and quickly dropped it and became very fussy. I told the owner what I saw and didnt get much reassurance that things would be corrected. I took a $400 lose to insure my son would get better care than what mayflower can offer as I told them I would no longer need a spot for my son and did not receive any of my deposit back. I would recommend every parent to show up and visit a few times before leaving your baby there.
