I’m lucky and grateful to have been shown this gym. It’s the type of gym I’ve been dreaming about going to all my life. Greg has a welcoming friendly humorous vibe to him that clicks really well in all his classes. Not only do I learn a lot and get a lot of experience here but I feel very comfortable in the process. Didn’t take long to feel at home here. Rare unique super friendly atmosphere. Everyone is there to help each other. With a lot of students you get a lot of valuable rolls.

Come for the amazing jiu-jitsu and top-notch instruction, stay for the truly awesome sense of family and community that exists here.

I visited Aqueous recently and had a great experience. The instructor is really great and the community here is fantastic. Theres a great sense of family and support here. The head instructor Greg is awesome, very knowledgeable and brings in great guest instructors for seminars from time to time. Definitely a fantastic place in NH if youre interested in learning bjj or if youre knowledgeable and want to get some rolls in. I will definitely be visiting again.

I visited my fiancé’s family in Manchester for the holidays and wanted to get some training in. I reached out through the website contact form and received a quick and welcoming response from Greg. The gym is easy to get to and the mat space is large and clean. Everyone was very welcoming and I’m glad I chose to train here. Definitely check them out if you’re in the area.

Me and my sons have been training here since Sep 2016. Its a good atmosphere. Solid instruction. Not too many meat-heads trying to win a world-championship in their head when they are rolling with you. Fair prices and great kids class.

Top notch facility, always clean and theres always a large variety or different classes from Yoga to Brazilian Jiu-Jitdu.Professor Greg West is very dedicated to the art. He has dedicated many hours to progressing in Jiu-Jitsu and he brings that dedication to teaching his students.I trained all over the country and currently train at one of the top gyms in the world in San Diego and when I visit New Hampshire, Aqueous is the place I go. Best in New Hampshire.

I do alot of traveling, so try to find a temporary place to keep up my skills is key. The instructor and the students at the school are awsome..... thanks Greg!

Fitness classes and yoga are amazing! Greg and the trainers have a very specific whole body approach of training. Great way to feel and look stronger! Highly recommend!
