Ive had my son here for over a year. Ive always found it to be clean with a friendly staff. Plus, my son enjoys it too. He loves his teachers and other kids in his class. Ive had two other little girls close to me attend here that loved it too.

A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT.TRUST: BROKENCREDIBILITY: LOSTIF you have a childcare subsidy or large family or both: B E W A R E!Our family was their largest. We proudly attended this facility for nearly 2 years. The teachers were caring but had considerable turnover. We were disenrolled without so much as an email or phone call ( in the midst of our family emergency, mind you.) The Directors unprofessional behavior and selective dismissal of our children caused our children to cry. The children NEVER GOT TO SAY GOODBYE to good friends theyd made. Their teachers were ROBBED of the chance to give a warm send-off to students theyd been seeing daily for a large part of their young lives. A sincere thank you to those who shared kindness, love, and instruction to our children. Our best and brightest will continue to shine!

My review is only for the 2 year old class and the 2 year old teacher. I didn’t have any interaction with the rest of the teachers. My son was there for one week. He came home with finger print bruises on his inner thighs, twice. He is a rough toddler so the first time we gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe he did it himself, but the second day it was on the opposite leg, same spot and the other bruises had become darker where you could actually tell they were grown up fingerprint bruises. I paid extra to watch him all day on their watch me grow app but conveniently he was always out of camera view. There was one spot in the room you couldn’t see and that is where they laid him down. They would send him to other classrooms because he couldn’t sleep in this new place so half of the time I couldn’t see him. When I did see him, I watched him cry at the door and there was no nurturing or even a pat on the back. He would follow her around begging to be picked up and she ignored him. I told myself not to freak out, he just needed to get adjusted to this new place but it was so hard to watch. They tell you nap time is 12:30 to 2:30 but they actually start laying them down at 11 and the lights are still out after 3. My child can’t sleep for 4 hours in the middle of the day. It’s really sad how they have to lay there quietly for that long. The last day I picked him up there was a new lady in his class and she didn’t really speak English but she basically told me he must have already left for the day because she didn’t know who or where he was. She was trying to hand me other people’s kids! I ran to the front desk and they had to look around for him. He was in the baby class because he wouldn’t sleep. They should know where your kids are at all times no matter what. He would come home in other kids diapers, they gave other kids his blankets for nap and would let them play outside in the cold for over 2 hours but these are minor compared to his bruises. It was my first time taking my son to daycare and now I’m scared to death to take him anywhere else.

Great school for a preschool education. Daughter graduated and was more than ready for kindergarten. Not so great on communication between management, staff, and parents. I started to notice that many times when changes were made that affected the classrooms staff didnt know why or was given short notice. Despite this, my family has been enrolled for more than a year so I thought I had developed good communication with management and staff. Then we were verbally informed a few weeks before school starts that they will no londer pick up at my childs school even though it is less than a mile from another school they pick up at. No explanation or prior notification was given to us. Even more inconvenient was that we were told after school registration. It gave the impression that they didnt care about my child attending despite them saying they did. I guess actions speak louder than words. Overall okay school just disappointing end for us. I would advise that if you enroll you go in mindful of this.

The worst daycare my 19 month daughter went there for three months during that time she open her head in the “safe play ground” that had concrete and during play time “teachers” on their phons, 10 bites that left bruises for weeks only received 2 incident reports, my daughter was always sick and lost weight, I always send my daughter with jacket in cold days but they give her jacket to other kids and let her play out with no jacket, they cover her with other kids blanket and they know they have lice in the classroom I have to call every time. Talked to Miss Corsha who always have a fake smile on and always do the opposite of what I asked. We had a meeting with the owner who do not care about any think but to get money and she does not even invest it in her business. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS they do not care about kids they are fake

BEWARE before enrolling! As a parent who used to have an infant in this daycare, please take caution before enrolling any child in this daycare that cannot talk or tell you exactly what is going on with them. What I witnessed before removing my child from this business -- Infant to staff ratios should be 4:1, per state, some days they were 6:1 when I was picking up by baby- Some days my child was completely soaking wet. His diaper, clothing, and crib sheet he was in were soaked through with urine as if he hadnt been changed for hours.- My child experienced increased diaper rash issues while in the care of this facility. The pediatrician advised that his diaper needed to be changed more. I later learned it wasnt being changed often.- They have a sheet to report diaper changes and feeding sheets. I found out that they pre-fill them out with the times on the sheet because they get too busy to fill them out accurately and dont want the parents to get upset if times are missing. Therefore the sheets arent truly accurate because there is no way to verify if the diaper change or feeding truly happened.- Infant and Toddlers were being placed in the same room (to reduce number of staff needed). The Infants are left in cribs or bouncy seats and the Toddlers can walk around, throwing things putting the infants at risk.- If one baby ran out of diapers, the staff was taking diapers from another babies stuff. However I cant state that my child would have an allergic reaction from certain diapers and I had advised them that I didnt want them borrowing from other people for me.- I also saw the same thing with food being borrowed, if one baby was out of baby food. This raised a significant concern, due to food allergies. When I tried to address the staffing issues with the owner, I was shrugged off and told that it wasnt my business. I was told another time that she was too busy. Later I was told that the staffing ratio was just temporary because classrooms were being merged, however the improper infant/teacher ration happened almost everyday (around 5:30pm.)
