Kept him in this daycare longer than any other day care my son was ever in. Good staff and very involved and good communication showing parents what’s going on during the day. When Kristen took over as director, things changed only for the better. It took them a while to find a good, steady director after the original one we started with left, but now, as said before, very well ran daycare and our 5 year old loves it too.

Im very happy I chose this location for my children to attend. My daughter loves riding the bus and attending summer camp with Ms. Kristen! Ms. Kristen is very caring, patient, understanding and goes over and beyond to ensure that children feel comfortable in the environment. Shes very personable and gives updates on when they have good and bad days. If it wasnt for her I would still be stressing about care for my children. She has definitely made this experience one to remember!

This place is great! Just wanted to say how awesome yall are at KinderCare and how much we appreciate you. I know its got to be a challenging task managing that many kiddos at once. I know, I can barely handle one (part time at that)! I wanted to share that you are amazing and thank you for guiding our little one! Highly recommended!

We have brought our girls here two separate times, and both have been a great experience! The new director is so great and very accommodating! I can see the difference between the management! Bernie, the assistant director I believe, has been there both of the two times our kids have been enrolled and she is also very great! The two make a great team! I always feel like my kids are getting a great curriculum here and they always come home happy!

These teachers and the director have made this transition for my family so easy and so comforting! My little ones have never been to daycare and my youngest is a preemie so the decision to start daycare was a scary one, but i can go about my day with confidence knowing that my children are in good hands! We even had a mishap with some missing bottle pieces and the director, out of her own pocket, replaced the missing pieces AND gave us a whole new set (and those bottle are NOT cheap)! We are, so far, very, very pleased with Kristen and her staff here and are looking forward to future memories with them :)

I feel myself thankful for finding this place for my kid. My daughter loves this place. And people here are very welcoming and warm. As it is my daughter first preschool experience she absolutely loved it and she never said I don’t want to go school. Krisny is so good and she treats her students as her kids. Kristen, the director is very understanding and communicates very well. She understands parents, kids and their needs well. All the staff at the center are very good and welcoming. My daughter learned a lot in just 4months.

I am extremely satisfied with my decision to send my daughter to this school. I feel blessed to have such amazing teachers like Ms. Krisny and Ms. Lisa! I always feel confident my daughter is in good hands. I also appreciate the CD Kristen who always stays in great communication with me and always listens to my concerns at any time of day or week.

My daughter absolutely loved it here! Kristen Bernie and Krisney have been amazing. We no longer go here but my 3year old still talks about the friends she made. Our one and only reason for our daughter no longer attending this Kindercare location is because we live out of town and the drive is inconvenient compared to local options. When we move back to Bedford one of the first things we plan to do is re-enroll our daughter.

My grandson was slow at first to develope. After a short time at kindercare he has become more independent and is now on cue with his age. Great place for kids.

Kristen and her staff is amazing. Kristen resolves our concerns in less than a day, which is awesome. We are so happy that our little one is in good care. We highly recommend this day care.

The director and staff are informative and very professional. It was difficult to send our baby to daycare so early in age. The process, however, has been wonderful. Our daughters teachers keep us informed constantly throughout the day with updates to the portal and pictures. We absolutely love and appreciate everything that they do. When we have questions via email, the director responds very quickly. I would definitely recommend this daycare.

The teachers are very nice and communicative. The director is AMAZING and puts her heart and soul into this place!! My son loves her! My son learns so much here!

Great staff and Great director!! The enrollment process for our daughter was very informative and open. We met with Kristen and she walked us through every thing we needed to know from daily routines, to cleaning protocols. She quickly put us at ease with an open and patient attitude. Days after enrolling she followed up with other details and answered all questions we had very quickly. We are very happy we chose Kindercare Harwood Bedford.

My son has gone here for a few years now and my daughter started in August of this year. Ms Ambreen, Ms Lindsay, Ms Bernie have all been amazing. Ms Kristen has not been there very long but has definitely kept the cleanliness going at the center, has been very friendly and keeps the families up to date with important info. I wouldn’t want my kids to go anywhere else!

Absolutely love this place been with KinderCare for years with my son now with my daughter! We transferred from the courtyard and my kids can tell the difference my infant is transitioning wonderfully and the pro cautions and process towards covid is amazing! My kids and I love this daycare. They have both improved so much with their talking and the teachers work well with getting the girls potty trained. The teachers are amazing. My girls love to get up in the morning to go to school and play with their friends.

Love this place! Great staff read my other review I forgot to use my local guider account. But been here for years love the atmosphere and communication and monthly calendars of to do along with extra curricular activities for the kids. Plus they post pictures and notes to keep you updated with your child it’s amazing!

Kristen (the director) and staff are amazing! I moved from Arlington to Bedford and had to switch child care services. I was worried about how my son would be adjustment wise to a new daycare but my worries were immediately put away when I met Kristen she was very welcoming and loving to my sweet boy, I would highly recommend this Kinder care on harwood in Bedford!

My older daughter didnt like the fact that I took her out of the Childrens courtyard to be a stay at home mom. When I placed her here, the sparkle in her eyes came back. She was so much happier and loved playing with the other kids. She did get sick a lot during the winter, but thats common with babies. I had to take her out again back in October, for financial reasons, and for 2 months she kept asking when she was going back to school. The amount of depression on the face of a 2yr old was real. I placed her back into this location and both my daughters lit up like Christmas trees. Im glad I came back since my girls missed their friends and teachers. Happy kids, happy momma.

Harwood Kindercare is the best! My son had an accident at nap time and his teacher gave him a hug and the director Kristen Huynh is the best. She made sure to let me know he had an accident and he had clothes to put on. I couldn’t recommend this school more.

This has been a good experience for us. I know our little babies really enjoy being at Kindercare. Kristen truly understands situations and helps in anyway she can. We are thankful to have found such a caring and loving place for our kids to go to daycare. Kristen was really open and honest as well when we first toured. I think the entire tour lasted about 45 minutes and that is just because we were having a chat all together. It was nice. It didnt feel rushed. All questions and concerns were answered as well. We did tour on a Saturday though, so I suggest if whoever is reading this decides to tour, go on a Saturday or ask if you can go when they are not busy so you can take your time. Weve really loved going to Kindercare each morning. The staff is professional and tells you everything that has gone on for the day. I applaud them for the job they do. Its tough work but you can tell that each teacher loves their job and thats something you dont find everywhere. Its hard to trust leaving your babies in the hands of another group of people, but as they say, it takes a village. I have found this saying to be very true and I could not be more greateful to have found Kindercare, and most importantly, Kristen.

This location has been very wonderful and helpful since Ive started using their facility. They have gone above and beyond to help me get my son registered and even when it was after hours. I can honestly say my son loves it their Mrs. Lindsay and Mrs. Bernie are very nice and handsome with the children. My son has his virtual learning he has to do and of he needs help he has it. Unlike Childrens Court that I left because the rudeness and lack of wanting to help. Anyway I would have lost my job with Kristens awesome ability to find out information and reach out and get things done. Thank you ladies at Kindercare off Harwood in Bedford!!!!!! Yall rock!!!

I would’ve given this place a solid 4 because the teachers there were great. You could tell the teachers really enjoyed their jobs and loved the kids. The reason for my low rating was Two reason. First, I probably missed an entire month of work because of how often my children got sick. I understand there’s only so much prevention that can be done between staff and parents but the bathrooms of this facility were horribly dirty always and if I had to guess it’s were my kids got the germs to get sick. Second reason was my daughter was enrolled in a phonics class for 6 months. My mother paid it online every month. Only after my children have been out of this daycare for a year already was I informed they never got payment for 3 of those months. My husband called to ask why we weren’t informed of this sooner and they lied and said they told me numerous times. I was never told. So not only did not listen to him they shifted blame to me of not telling him. So instead of telling us and/or pulling my daughter out of phonics until a balance was paid they just accumulated a debt of $500 and sent it to us a year later. My mother paid monthly and would have told me if she was late or couldn’t pay it so I’m wondering where the money she paid went to. But I can’t ask because they just blamed the parents instead of taking responsibility for their lack of communication. Not only will I never enroll my children there, I’m never paying that outrageous amount.

KinderCare is my second family - because they take such great care of my family. We love the teachers and the staff. The center itself is open and friendly. I feel confident knowing my kiddos are in great care. ❤️

Third time is a charm. My daughter is 18 months old and has been going to KinderCare for 2 months. This is the third child care she has been in. The moment I toured the facility I knew this was going to be a wonderful transition. The Director, Assistant Director and staff are very friendly & caring and always available. I LOVE my daughters teacher; she has been with KinderCare for several years and knows what she is doing. The facility is very clean and for the first time my daughter does NOT stay home sick every week. I get a note home everyday about what she did that day, what she ate and diaper info. I recommend this center to anyone. Definitely stop in for a tour and check it out yourself. GREAT PLACE!!

The best place for my kids... warm hearts, understanding staff that work well with the kids to teach them not only life lessons but they have a great curriculum to help prepare the younger kids get ready for school. They help the school age kids with homework and you see a difference they make in your child’s life. I love these people for all they do, not just for my kids but all of the kids. It takes a special kind of person to deal with the many different personalities, attitudes and situations that may arise. I’m happy I chose this location for my kids to attend daycare. If I’ve ever had an issue it was addressed and fixed accordingly.This is the closest I’ve come to family outside of my family with the lovely ladies at this location !!!

Nothing but good things to say! We tried numerous daycares before this one and had many bad experiences. This center is great. The director, assistant director and teachers are all so friendly and involved. They greet my child and I both by name each day. My child comes home with all kinds of artwork and projects and stories of activities (I’m shocked to hear someone else say otherwise. I would recommend this place to anyone. Laura and Bernie do a great job running this place, Ms. Tina is phenomenal with my 5 year old. Lindsay is a breath of fresh air and so kind every day. And Winnie and Amy also do a great job. (And that’s just the ones I know well enough to name). I haven’t met a teacher I didn’t like. I even had bad experiences at other Kindercares, but this one is different and I will keep my son here as long as we need!

My son has been attending for about 8 years, so weve been a part of each age group/classroom. The teachers are the best and this most recent Director is awesome.

There must be something wrong with the director here. She asked me if my 2 year old turning 3 tells me why he doesnt wanna use the big kids toiletAnd if hes not communicating I should call some agency to help out with communication issues. This woman must be crazy, after speaking with me for 2 mins, she already knows my child has an issue. When I called to ask about spacing. Please. No thank you. I feel bad for the kids going there.

If my son wasn’t stuck here for 6 months believe me he would have been switch already. The director always sticks up for her staff they are never in the wrong. My son screams and cry when he sees a certain teacher and his actual teacher complains about how many time she has to change him. They never do any work or art or activities no telling what’s really going on behind doors my son always coming home injured and they don’t care and can’t tell me why it happen. Very un professional they like to tell you about other people’s children and there business and by law they shouldn’t and can’t be doing that. With that being said definitely getting ahold of state because something really going on behind them doors. I really don’t trust them.

I love this location. The old Director was Great but the entire staff works as a Team. Its quiet, peaceful, and clean. It doesnt smell like Daycare. Ms Ambreen is Excellent and experienced in the Infant room, she is exactly what babies need. I love Ms Bernie also. My older kids also attended after school care, great workers also. So glad I found this location after a bad experience at a different kinder care. But the toddler Room...No No No, I pulled my baby out and went to a better location with a more experienced teacher. Thr pre k teacher is good though.
