My son currently goes to this center and my daughter did until she aged out! All the teachers who have worked with my children have been so wonderful! Ms. Bri is amazing with the school age kiddos who are doing online classes! She helps them get their school work done every day! My kiddos have gone to this school since 2014. My son is going to age out this year and I couldn’t be more grateful to this school for the patience and love they continue to give to these children daily! My daughter (4) has been going here about 6 months. I was worried about her switching schools, especially during a pandemic, but she has adjusted well. Staff are very helpful & friendly! Center is still closed to outsiders & tours are done after hours, which I love because they’re keeping our little ones safe! So happy for this center! They also have vegetarian options for my daughter as well.

As a parent, you can really tell when people care about children. This is a great place to bring your children, they update app with videos and pictures of your children. My kids are so much happier now that they have been coming here. The staff are very professional and welcoming. This is a safe place to bring your children to laugh and learn. I love all of the teachers and director. Thank you for all that you do here.

Whoops! My daughter went to the location on Harwood. However, if this location is anything like the school on Harwood then this place is likely amazing, too!

The staff here is incredible! My children have been going here for 5 years now, all of the teachers are great! The directors Ms.Jai and Ms. Loundria are amazing. Thank you all for everything you do!

My son started going here when his original Kindercare closed due to the Covid shutdowns. He adjusted to the new center right away. A few months after being enrolled, my son received a cancer diagnosis. The staff here kept in touch while he was out and welcomed him back with open arms once he was well enough to attend. That is a testimony to how much this staff loves their students. He has and continues to learn so much. KinderCare is a good daycare overall, but this location is the BEST!

I ABSOLUTELY love this daycare!! My daughter has been going here since she was 3 1/2 and I have never felt nothing but love and compassion from this facility. They truly care about the kids and make sure to take the best care of them. I recently had my son in Feb. and he now attends here and they made this worried mommas transition back to work so smooth. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Ms. Jai and Ms. Londria and their team are hands down the BEST in Bedford!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS KINDERCARE. My son is always excited to go to school and all the teachers are amazing. They are absolutely loving and caring and we love them all so so much. I try to treat all of our teachers as often as possible to show them how much we love and appreciate them! ❤️❤️❤️

This is literally the only daycare I have ever had my 4 son’s in attendance at, that 100% of the duration in said attendance has maintained ABSOLUTELY PRESTIGIOUS CHILD CARE AND EDUCATION!!!!!!!!!!Outright remarkable in my opinion, how amazing the team staffed and coordinated by Miss Jai & Miss Londria NEVER FAIL to collaborate effectively & put pure love into influencing such incredible language skills, social skills and overall making a blessed impact on every child that has the opportunity to attend!!!Being smart is a great way to run a business, it is completely seldom to ever find business equally balanced in transparency, respect & actual freaking love.A breath of fresh air from the real world we live in.I can grin and bare SO MUCH leaning on my faith, but in this physical world, I owe the utmost credit to KINDERCARE (Bedford rd /Central dr) and all the staff I have built a relationship with that’s nothing short of family in the love and support that is given in addition to the spectacular child care& education!This is the daycare your babies unlatch from your finger for and go running and smiling into the building, and hours later return to you JUST AS HAPPY as you left but even more well mannered & social!!If you made it this far in my zealous over share, you deserve to know : THEY SEND THE BESTTTTTTT PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF YOUR BABIES TO YOU WHILE THIER LEARNING AND PLAYING!!!you don’t have to cry in your mind anymore about how much you miss of them growing AT ALL, And the features of the free app allow you to easily share the pics and videos with family of your choice!

My kids love it here! My son goes to pre k here and he loves his teacher and his homework and my daughter gets picked up from school. The staff is amazing and I’m so glad they take such good care of my babies while I work.

We have had a great experience at Bedford Kindercare. My daughter loves her teachers and truly enjoys going to school every day. She just moved into the Preschool classroom and I have been so impressed with all of the school age learning they are beginning to do. I have also been impressed with how the center has handled the entire Covid-19 pandemic. I feel like the center is very clean and that they are very diligent in following and sticking with their procedures. Happy Mom and Happy kiddo!

The ladies at KinderCare were a Godsend! They keep me up to date on what’s going on inside since I can’t go in due to COVID-19. I absolutely love KinderCare and every employee Ive had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know! Everyone there is always so kind and they treat my two boys with nothing but love. My boys love going to daycare and their teachers. I have had my two boys in this same daycare for over 3 years and we are now family! I actually moved to the Bedford area just to keep my two little ones enrolled because I trust KinderCare and feel safe with my babies being there!!

Our grandson is very happy here and learns something new daily. He went here when he was younger and it was ok but now we LOVE it. The new management Mrs. Angel and Mrs. Jay are amazing and the teachers seem to love what they do. Very warm, welcoming, clean and we love there is a secured entrance.

My daughter has been going here almost 3 years. We loved the infant teachers...Ms Wendy is awesome! When she transferred to the first toddler class, it was wonderful. Now she is in the 2 year toddlers. We complain at least once a week if not more about her care. If it doesn’t get addressed then we see Ms. Angel but seems like our concerns are not getting addressed. Now our daughter has been showing signs that she doesn’t like being there anymore. She cries at drop off. She hugs her Daddy’s leg and grips me tightly to not put her down. She’s a very happy child all the time but the last 2 weeks have been traumatic to her. She leaves the center so thirsty, She’s filthy, she has bug bites on her body and now coming home with scratches, bruises and bites. This is unacceptable and now we are looking for other childcare, which is a huge inconvenience when you work 60 to 80 hours a week! But I refuse to let her go another day unhappy.

The staff is friendly and feels like family. My children love the daycare. The new director is making a lot of positive changes. The girls in the baby room are awesome!

Dont do it!!! Please do not put your infant in this place. Do your homework and investigate. The staff seems friendly but the smiles are fake. The Director is cool but this place is not up to standard. It smells horrible everyday, kitchen is Nasty, infant room blows cold dusty air. They dont use gloves , the staff is not educated, clean, or sanitary and they smoke. They allow sick, sick babies to attend, they allow babies to have snotty noses all day and no telling how long your baby has a wet diaper. I always had to ask them to wipe noses when I dropped off my baby. 3 month old babies lay on pillows on the floor all day on the dirty carpet and theyThink its ok. There is maybe only 10% interaction with the babies .I had to pull my daughter out after in 2 weeks and 4 trips to the doctor. I switched to a different kinder care...Total Night and Day.

I love it. It has improved from the first time I consider it. My daughter enjoys going here. The teachers are wonderful, and so is the director is wonderful as well.

People at this place could not distinguish between birthmark with bruise. My wife was on 8 month pregnancy and when she picked up our daughter, she was stopped, questioned by CPS and police, who were called by this stupid daycare. My wife was totally shocked but luckily she overcame the shock for the best of our incoming baby. Received no word from the principle, except the blame to someone else we did not call the police...The other issue with this place is that it is next to a busy street with no fence/gate; your kid can run from the door into a busy street so be careful!

The management (Femi and Michelle) are awesome! They are very friendly and genuinely care about each child and family. My children love their teachers, the classrooms are clean and organized, and my children have learned so much! I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for quality care for their child.

Worked here.. rooms always smelled so bad.. understaffed...infants moved to different classes not their age group...like previous comment staff seems nice but it is fake. If your child does not like the food they are not offering a supplemental me they just go hungry...snotty noses all day. I was sick four times in a month. Not worth it here. My children attended as well. One class had children biting non stop. My children attended another kindercare in watauga and it was amazig.

* edit: The Center still refuses to let me get my sons belongings, saying they belong to them now. Are you kidding me??Ive had various problems here over the last year, but my toddler really loved his teachers, so we stayed. Finally I had a breaking point, and after they lied yet again and called me a name, I lost it. The managers kid hit me violently with a 3 ring binder and I never even got an apology! Another teachers son is bully in the school age classroom, and makes fun of my son and the other kids constantly. Nothings ever been done about it! Do not recommend.
