I take my 4 year old son here and he is doing amazing. He absolutely loves Master Rocky. It keeps him active and learning new defense moves. I definitely recommend the little Dragons program for anyone who has a little one looking to get more active. The price is the most reasonable in the area. Master Rocky keeps it fun and makes the kids want to come back to learn more. Even at the age of 4 my son asks when his next day to come back is because he looks forward to it so much..

This is a very good school. There is structure , discipline and intense instruction in martial arts . It has helped son tremendously .

My son started off Personal Training and enjoyed it, so much I joined with him. The Fitness Kickboxing class is Amazing. You are getting a full body workout while learning Kickboxing techniques. If you are looking to get fit and stronger this is the class for you. Come join us!!!

Great class to take for self defense and workout!! I’ve been taking this class for a couple weeks now and really enjoy it. Went over a lot and learned a lot just in that small time frame, and I look forward to the days I get to train!

Been taking my granddaughter to Eagle & Dragon Martial Arts Academy for a couple of years. Great for discipline, coordination and self defense basics for a small child. Master Rocky is very good with the children and patient beyond belief. Highly recommend.

It is a pretty decent school for children starting to learn martial arts. Aside from providing physical and mental agility, Master Rocky does an amazing job instilling the values of discipline, honesty, and respect for others.

I cannot stress enough how much we love coming here! The staff are absolutely wonderful, and Master Rocky is incredible with the kids. My daughter is always excited to go to each lesson. I also love that they talk about more than just karate; they really encourage the kids to thrive in not only karate, but in school and in life. I would recommend Eagle and Dragon Martial Arts to everyone!!!!
