I havent been to Office Depot in quite a while.  I utilized your printers. I was surprised to see the printer functions were more user-friendly & had more options since my previous visit.  I am a Office Depot member so Id have to remember to  take full advantage of my coupons during my future visits.  Unfortunately, the printer cartridge I needed was not available.  Your staff were very friendly & knowledgeable.

Unfortunately this review will go against the store rather than who is solely responsible for my idea to write it. However, I have no option but to put this here due to the lack of response from Office Depot. I was terminated for doing what was right. A homeless employee needed laundry washed, I did so as anyone with a heart would have done. If I had let this employee come to work disheveled I would have been terminated for allowing the break of the hygiene policy. You can’t win. I was then terminated by the district manager in retaliation when he got an honest answer when he forcibly asked what I personally thought of him as a leader. His counterpart in HR was clueless and did not care what the majority of my staff had to say In regard to my character. My right hand who had worked for the company 17 years did not even have any credibility apparently when it came to my character. This termination was unjust, totally unprofessional, and misguided by two disgruntled employees when they were held accountable to doing their jobs, a district manager who treats his employees as if they are two inches tall, and an HR rep who has no clue what the difference between right and wrong really is or just simply doesn’t care. Nearly 8 months later I am still 100% heartbroken and left with no closure.

On 12/24/20 I came at 9:00 but the store was not open and there were several of us there, waiting. I returned at 9:30 as a young man was being dropped off. He didnt greet me to say the store would open soon but opened the door. A minute later I was able to enter the store. This same young man checked me out and was not at all courteous or friendly. This is not the way to run a business.

I had a problem ordering online so I went to the store in person. The manager Greg was absolutely fabulous he helped me find what I needed and got me on my way thank you very much to Office Max and thank you very much to Greg.

Waiting outside Belleville store...after 9am on a Monday. No answer on phone, no one to open store. Bad business practice.... very disappointed. Snowing but come on, there is no one coming in???

Wish I got a chance to look at the guys name tag. He greeted immediately when I walked in the door. He asked if I needed help when I walked in the door. I took him up on his offer and replied yes, Im looking for a HDMI to V-Something connector. He asked VGA? I said yes, he took me right to the aisle. Instead of taking me to the aisle and walking off, he actually got on his knees to find the product I needed and handed it to me. I was very thankful and he also promoted your clearance section. 😊 Thank you guy.

Zero if I could. Awful customer service. Went in close to closing to make a scan and was told ‘it would take too long’. Well, that’s funny because I’m pretty sure it literally takes a minute. I’ve done this many times. Just because your lazy and don’t want to do your job, doesn’t mean that your customers should suffer. Way to be a massive disappointment

Tara helped me get university research posters printed this morning. She was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and calm even though they seemed to be quite busy and she was the only one in the print center. Wouldnt hesitate to return.

Great store to purchase a computer. I would highly recommend this place for its customer service. Everyone is always so helpful and knowledgeable about whatever computer youre interested in. I would recommend this to others.

Im sad to say my experience was incredibly poor at this location. I began by asking for assistance looking at a clearance printer. After being told it was a floor model, the associate helping me abruptly walked away while I was asking a question. Then, the customer service by the same guy at the check out was terrible, and its quite obvious he hates his job; Ive never seen ink thrown so rudely onto a counter. My only compliment goes to the supervisor on duty, who seemed to care about the job and was helpful. Still, needless to say, I wont be back.

Great service, the place is usually dead. Easy to get in, get what you need and get out.They carried things to my car for me so I didnt have to make multiple trips.

I am so happy there are retail stores that carry what you need vs. having to get it over the internet. It is clean and well stoked with updated office and electronics without having to put on rollerskates to shop it.

OfficeMax at Belleville Crossing’s print department has some issues. It used to be reliable, now it’s not.Last time I ordered some prints online, I requested (and paid for) legal size pages, and the originals were obviously legal size, but the prints were scrunched onto regular size pages. I told the assistant the mistake, and she neither said sorry, nor offered to give a refund or credit for the extra charge. (That would have probably been ten cents, but still, not even a simple sorry???)There were other mistakes, which I pointed out, and she was too busy to be bothered. I was in a hurry, and needed the prints, so there was no time to fix it. Fortunately, it wasn’t something crucial, like a job interview, but I was still embarrassed to show up with documents that were reduced to mini size.The time before that, I did an online order for printing, got the notice the prints were done, and the next day went in to pick them up. I needed them for the meeting I was attending. Again, nothing life or death, but annoying anyway.The prints weren’t done. In fact the guy (previous time was a female, this time a male) just said “Oh, they aren’t done. Come back later.”How come I got the email saying they were done? I paid for these color prints, then didn’t need them because the time passed and Office Max screwed up.So both times, I”m out money, and I”m not happy.In the past, I would use this service for various things and it all worked great. Obviously it’s gone downhill.I have several posters and promotional materials I want printed, but I’m going to order somewhere else. I really do prefer to shop locally when I can, but not at the expense of getting a SIMPLE job done correctly.

I went there and just wanted to print a simple map of directions and i asked 2 workers and they both did not know what to do. its sad that u go into a store thats supposed to know what about computers and they couldnt do that simple task.

Nice selection of office supplies but very disorganized and pricing is a challange to find before you go to checkout. I find the staff to be extremely indifferent to the customers and will openly show their dismay for having to assist you.

Came here after another store didnt have a chair I was looking for (and they didnt tell me this one had it in stock.) The staff was very friendly. They pulled the computer chair from their storage up high and also put it in the back of my vehicle. Clean store from what I could see as well.
