The dirtiest unkept store ive ever shopped. I use a walker and have to use one to get around. Absolutly can not get around store. There seemed to be a lot of employees just no real guidance

I dont often visit family dollar yet when I do I can always find a great deal for what Im looking to buy. However this morning a different story is to be told about the service clerk behind the counter. I was having trouble finding an item and sorry to say but the clerk had an issue with providing information as to were I could find it. Attitude is everything when dealing with other peoples money. As I approached the counter the same sales rep had no welcoming attention. I greeted her and attempted to make small talk as her attitude was making me uncomfortable. Ashley could benefit from a retrain or perhaps another job as it seem mornings are not a thing for her. Maybe a future visit from a mystery shopper night weed out those who do not value gainful employment.

Everything was great the only thing I wish they had was yard lights they never have yard lights.

Workers are always pleasant. Really need to go back to normal closing times. I work late and cant ever make it there before it closes anymore.

It was good, not great. The cashier could have been a little more friendlier. Meaning when someone says hello you give them the same greeting back.

The service was excellent and the people were very nice and helpful.

It was messy, but they are remodeling. So happy for Family Dollar.

The employees r VERY RUDE THE PLACE IS ALWAYS A MESS AND THEY STAND SROUND TALKING DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO CLEAN THE MESS UP.MY SON WENT IN FOR ME TONIGHT AND GOT A FEW THINGS WHICH I WAS IN A HURRY OTHERWISE I WOULD NOT OF STOPPED THERE BUT IT IS NOT FAR FROM MY HOUSE. WHEN WE GOT HOME FOUND OUT THE SMSLL BAG OF PURINA CAT FOOD WAS NOT IN THE BAGS AND THE LITTER TWO BOXWS WERE HAVE FULL. WE CALLED AND WHAT A RUDE EMPLOYEE WE GOT. I HAVE THE RECEIPT SHOWING WE BOUGHT THE BAG OF FOOD BUT I CANT GET BACK THERE TONIGHT. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES AND THE MESS IN THE STORE. WHY THIS HAS REALLY UPSET THIS TIME WAS BECAUSE A FEW MONTHS BACK I HAD ANOTHER INCIDENT WITH THIS STORE SND NEVER GOT ANY RESULTS FROM THE STORE R CORPORATE.IF I DONT GET ANY ANSWERS AGAIN I DONT KNOW IF IT WILL DO ANY GOOD BUT THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO KNOW THAT THIS FAMILY DOLLAR IS A RIP OFF ANY HAS HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES. ALSO THE MAN THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE IS A BLACK MAN AND MADE A NASTY COMMENT ABOUT AS HE PUT IT WHITE BOY.

In your shopping adventures, there are times that a lower price will indicate a lower quality. The lack of order in the aisles will leave you wondering if you just left home goods or infant and baby...errgh...food?clothes?However, the pleasant staff will help you through the disaster area, forgive your clumsiness and carry to your car with a smile. Which leaves YOU with a smile that you might have just found the best deal in town!

All the cashiers are great. Very friendly. I always find my basic needs here at a great price.

I usually end up in this place after work most days on my way home from, extremely nice people that work there with polite attitudes.

I walked into the store and there was a man in the store with an unleashed or harnessed dog. I was on the phone speaking with my daughter when i came into the store and was surprised by the dogs presence in the store. I fell into their soda display. The 2 store employees thought the entire scene was hilarious and couldnt stop laughing. After I regained my footing I grabbed a shopping cart to put space between myself and the dog, the dog began to charge at me and had to be told to sit by the man the dog came into the store. By this time both Family Dollar employees were beside themselves with laughter. Never once warning me the dog was there nor did they offer assistance after I was hurt falling on their soda display. When I confronted the employees by asking them what was funny and why did they allow the dog in the store. They tried to lie and say it was a sevice dog. Service dogs are leashed or harnessed and often times are wearing IDS that let the public know. And i know for a FACT a service dog would NEVER charge at humas. I called the Family Dollar corporate office to report the experience and incident i had in the store and NO ONE called me back nor were they concerned. Customer service starts from the top. Now i understand why the 2 employees in the store behaved the way they did that day even after I told them I would be calling their corporate office. I havent and WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN Or any Family Dollar again.

It was okay. I go here only bc of the convenience of its location. Otherwise I would go to a different store. The shelves were neat and orderly. Lots of items to choose from. Neighborhood, therefore the customers, make me feel a bit uneasy. I dont frequently shop here but would go again.

I go to this place at least once a week usually more the people who work here are very friendly courteous and knowledgeable about the products they sell I would recommend this place to anyone
