My son has attended this camp for 3 different weeks the Summer of 2021.Staff is poorly trained on how to work with children and keep them engaged. My son did an assignment ahead of the class, he was asked to delete it and re-do. No alternative assignment was offered.Unprofessional front desk- unaware of issues or how to help resolve things. When asked about an incident where my son was asked to leave the class for 30 mins, they changed their story 4x during a 20 min call.Unable to reach the owner or manager to ensure concerns are addressed.When asked for what step would be taken to ensure the remaining 2 days at camp would go well, they were vague and non-committal.Waste of a lot of money. Waste of time, Poor instructors, Poor refund policy.This camp should not be teaching children.

And the front desk didnt know what their policy was, what they could do, what they couldnt do, and didnt provide any paperworks for a registration even though I asked three times whenever I visited.. And then half month later they have sent me all paper works and policy via email which has lots of new regulations and information which have never informed. I payed for more than I was supposed to do. And not responsive, not reliable, and extremely poor communication.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ReplyThank you for your response.After the managers response, I was so glad that I figured it out as soon as we started the one and half month and no further expense for the Lego and more classes. Usually Lego is one year around competition as a team. But they filled with another kids without any notice after the summer (summer didnt have the Lego program) (LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY) I felt like we wasted all the rest of the year until the Lego competition. I believe that every single payment is valuable, time and what my kid did to prepare for the Lego competition were more valuable. I hope that people who can see the review dont even spend a single dime and dont even start to avoid the risky. I talked more about the people at the front desk. Lots of issues I cant describe when I think about my time and energy.One example, the electric form also didnt arrive and the front desk told me there was nothing I needed to fill up (I asked three times) and then the electric form was delivered after several weeks when some issued arose. And I learned that I was charged more than I was supposed to pay for based on their policy. When I asked refund, the font desk told me that she didnt know how to do. Lots of incidents I cant mention over here......Just simply my review is that HIGHTLY NOT RECOMMEND.

I’ve been going to STEP for 4.5 years, and i’ve loved it the whole time. everything that we do is taught well, and we spend a good amount of time on it. i’ve loved all the years i’ve done it, and i will continue to do it for as long as i can

I actually had been in there and Its so good and handsome
