I had to print clear labels and I went to few stores and couldn’t get any help. The staff at this location are very helpful esp Denise and the man with long hair :). They navigated me through out the whole process while I was ordering the prints on my phone .

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. All three of the staff members were so friendly and helpful as we picked out an office chair. Robyn went above and beyond to make sure I decided on a chair that was right for my needs. She gave her experience when we asked, but encouraged us to make a decision based on my needs. We also were making a decision 2 minutes before the store was closing, and they did not make us feel rushed at all. Will definitely be returning for any office needs. And Robyn needs a raise!

Tanner tried to sell me a printer. I wasn’t looking for a printer at the time. But Tanner had spunk, and I’ll probably end up buying a printer from Tanner someday. Tanner gets five out of five stars. But for the rest of y’all, you should seriously clean the floor sometime. GG’s

Complete waste of time. Ordered a printer from them since it was listed as in-stock. Instead of letting me know that it was not actually in stock, I got a notification that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, they said theyd dropped the printer from my order because they didnt have it.

Called ahead of time and specifically asked if they had a toner I needed. They said yes and I told them I was on my way. Showed up and they don’t have it. They tried to convince me to buy another #. Said it was compatible. After I told them I would look it up myself to check to see if it was I found out it wasn’t. Wasted 40 minutes driving back and forth from work for nothing.

THE BEST service at Office Depot EVER! You know its the pandemic, fresh with new scary viral variants, so who wants to be inside anywhere with strangers, right? And, seriously, who demands hard copies of documents anymore? I mean, hello, 21st century calling. Nonetheless, I no longer have appliances that gobble trees, but needed a manuscript printed out for a luddite. Love Love LOVE that I could upload it to the Office Depot Print center, get a text telling me it was ready, AND -- wait for it -- get all 17 measly pages delivered to my car while Im ordering curbside pickup from Panera. And then, to top it off, the sweet young guy asked me to check that all pages were there while he waited in the drizzle. I mean, if this is what the pandemic is doing to customer service, I say hooray!. Oh, and BTW, the are on the ball in the realm of copyright protection too. I had labeled my manuscript with my pseudonym and put the copyright notice on it as I do with everything I write. Office Depot wanted me to come in and fill out a copyright form because my credit card name and document author name didnt match. Instead of finding that annoying, I found it wonderfully protective. The easier solution was cancelling the first order, removing the copyright from the document and re-doing the upload and order. Easy.

Their staff does not social distance. They insist on following you around the store and will not let you shop without watching over your shoulder. You are not allowed to shop, if you don’t know what you want they will ask you to leave.I repeatedly asked them to stop watching me while I shopped for a notebook and they would not. I felt so uncomfortable I had to leave without a notebook, bought from Amazon instead.Avoid this place for safety reasons.

I wanted to order a Viewsonic monitor that was listed as bring in sock at the store. This to me means the monitor is at the store and ready for pick up. So I ordered it expecting it to be delivered soon. Not so. In stock to Office Depot means that it at the warehouse, where?, and not the store. So now it takes a week instead of a day to receive the monitor. In stock, nope.

I was here in an urgency to print 200 pages and the lady (I think she is called Jenny and is store manager) was very helpful. She walked me through the steps to send attachments, she even help me use binder (I didn’t know how to and in an emergency). I am in the store for a long time (I guess 90 minutes or so) and she was with me most of the time. Definitely recommending.

DONT BUY FROM OFFICE DEPOT - the worst return policy in the industry - sells you a defective product and then does not even return it for store credit within 90 days. Their return policy is 14 days ... the worst in the industry. Not customer friendly and literally a scam, asks you to follow up with the vendor who does not even answerRevising on 10/25 ... Issaquah store agreed for the return while Bellevue did not revising rating

I sent an email over for a set of blue prints to be printed. I was told they don’t print them off email anymore. That I have to order online. Online is very inconvenient because you can’t select pages you want printed. Next day Jenny called and said we will charge you an expedited 25% charge to have them printed in store. (This is after they said they can’t print them off email the night before) Unbelievable and Horrible service. I have had them printed within the last 3 months about 5 times in Federal Way Office Depot, with excellent service and no expedited fees. Unwilling to help at this store.

The print and copy section does a good job - quick and good quality (4.5 stars!). Beware: The HP toner pricing is hidden from customer view - it is behind the cash registers and the prices face the ceiling not the customers. If you check price online, it will be $5+++ more in the store. You have to know this ahead of time and have them price match with their own store pricing.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Stay away - no customer service at all - apparently serving based on their mood and judging people by their appearance. Slack attitude, no attention to customers; have to beg for service while there are more staff people than customers in the store. Rude manager, not a surprise that there are no people coming to this empty store.

Office depot is going to be another victim. Amazon murdered it. It is pretty much empty and you may not find the things that you need. Not much selection of stocks available. Cashiers are checked out before store closing time.

I needed to print wedding invitations that I had created, but did not know which big box store to go to. I chose Office Depot, and I am SO glad I did. A gentleman named Lucas handled my project like it was his own. Incredible attention to detail. Looking each test print over to make sure it was just right. Trouble shooting if there was an issue. They came out BEAUTIFULLY. They even scanned a self drawn map and put it on a 4 x 6 card. The manager was also extremely helpful (he helped me before Lucas took over). The price was also much lower than I expected. This store has my printing and other office needs business for Life.

Bought a chair and paid for assembly, went in the next day to pick it up and its still sitting on the floor behind the register. Clueless employees, no one can answer a question, its like everyone is on their first day. Dont waste your time

The electronics selection is borderline nonexistent for anything manufactured after 2009. Prices are gouging you compared to what youd get online. Even the nearby Best Buy had better prices, which is pretty mind boggling since their prices arent that great. Theres a reason big box stores are going out of business... if youre not in a rush just order online.

Made some posters cause they offer the best price in the neighborhood. But the quality of them was not that great. Used 55lbz supposedly good one but the results were meh.. I think they use inkjet printers as the paper got soggy and you can definitely find steppingstone. The service was good and printed out in a day.

Im being extra gracious with the two stars. The service was sub par, despite what I was looking for. Headphones. I can only imagine buying something more substantial would utterly break this persons ability to think. Mr. Castenada was far from the above and beyond kind of Customer Service one would expect. Having worked in retail the answer I dont know is the weakest approach to gaining the customers confidence in service and products. I was comparing the price of headphones and trying to understand why two sets of headphones by the same brand were vastly different in price. Turns out at the check out they werent but a mere $2 different though I was adamant to know why the product was worth buying. After all, I like making sound decisions (pun intended) if at all possible. Lastly, I asked about the Return Policy to which Mr. Castaneda replied in a snark manner, Its 14 days... which surprised me since most places have a 30 day Return Policy....again he had to reply in his pompous manner, Its 14 days....for electronics.Now I understand why most people shop online....especially for office supplies despite having the desire to see the item in person....in the online shopping world does one rarely have the great opportunity of having the kind of in-person interaction I had with the pretentious lazy prick, Mr. Castenada.May be I will give this Office Depot another try once they fix their electrical systems as the lights kept flickering....Corporations want good feedback, heres mine. ;)

I find it funny how the workers don’t know where the items are. Signs are awkward, and should be remade. A good portion of the store is fenced off, and the things in here are useless. Nothing worth buying, which probably explains the lack of customers.

Incredible customer service! I came in to buy some smaller need to buy now items, but I left with a much larger purchase on my need to buy eventually list because the customer service I received was so friendly and confidence inspiring. Now I have a digital camera that Im totally giddy about, thanks to Colin! Ill be back for sure.

I dont think Ive spent more than 5 minutes each visit at this Office Depot. I just go in, get what I need and check out. Its always super empty in here so Im not even sure what kind of business they get. Dont people usually just steal office supply stuff from work?
