Staples is really nice because it has the products that you need in the store you dont have to wait one or two days or 3 days or even a week for the online shipping it is just right there you pay and you get it.I went here shopping for office chair if they had a good selection but not what I needed but they did have a file cabinet on sale for $50 which is pretty unheard of most file cabinets I have seen even from Ikea or a like $100 I definitely recommend checking out their full selection from things that you need immediately.

Amazing store and service. I came in near closing to retrieve print shop materials. The representative was very helpful and kind. I needed to trim numerous laminate documents. They allowed me to stay for 20 minutes after closing to complete my project. Outstanding staff.

Come in here occasionally looking for odds and ends , they usually have what you need at a fair price. I came in looking to purchase a new shredder and was told that they will price match OfficeMax, Amazon and the like, as long as they have the same product in stock. They usually have most things in stock and the help is generally efficient and friendly.

Tried to tell me that I couldn’t return a faulty printer without the hard receipt even though I had one emailed and I bought a 4 year protection plan that can work at any location (with my account attached of course). Eventually he said he could look it up by debt card after I was told I had to drive miles to the location I bought it from three times. Then after processing there wasn’t even a “have a good day.” Or “thanks” after I said thank you. Just rude 0 star service. If you must go to staples go to the Redmond location.

I went there this morning and I was helped by katelynn. (I hope that’s the correct spelling)? Anyways I’ve had a bad experience at the Staples in marysville Washington and I did a bad review bc I was treated awful and said I’d never go back but today I tried one in Bellevue and katelynn was amazing and so helpful and she went above and beyond and made me feel like a person so if you read this katelynn thank you so much for your help this morning if I could give ya a ten I would have.

All the employees are very helpful and friendly. I always come here for office and school supplies. Everything is very organized and easy to find as well as having a great selection of products.

We use Staples for our printing, electronic equipment and supplies. The staff is always helpful and courteous. Most recently they repaired a small printer problem at no cost. We will continue to use Staples for our Go To for our business supplies.

You will find all stationary items here. However, I feel that the prices are on higher end. Store is convenient and does a good job of maintaing variety. I especially like their self service printing needs section. Its usually quick and easy to get couple of printouts. Do check out their office chair sections as they have several decent options for office chairs. In recent times they have started keeping sanitizers and paper rolls which makes it convenient for customers.

Great! A little hard to find things though. Many great items and a great place to go back to school shopping. There is a bathroom inside. You can shop here for pencils, erasers, notebooks, backpacks, boxes, chairs, printers, mice, electronics such as phones, laptops, and computers, and many many many more things besides. Great place overall. Totally recommend it!

Expect to stand and wait. It is not lack of employees, there is always 3 employees around but 5 people waiting. Either everyone is waiting for a manager or they need to train/cross-train their employees better so they can actually help people.

I went into the Bellevue Staples to get a few copies made. The girl in the printing department was clearly to busy to help me in a polite manner. She rolled her eyes and wiped her hand down her face like i was just asking to much of her. I told her i would go where someone was happy to help me. My company has spent good money with them but that just changed. I would fire one of my employees for making a customer feel like they were overwhelming them and they were to much trouble.

Staples is a chain of full service office supply stores. Visit one youve visited them all. You can pretty much find all your office, IT, and printing supplies. Prices not bad. Selection fair.

Great Staples location, and manages to set its self apart from the typical experience. The staff is really nice, and were very friendly. Some times you get the staples staff that you can tell dont enjoy their job. Thats why this location really makes the difference.

Dont buy electronics here. I purchased a Dell Laptop charger from them that failed in less than 3 months. They said their return policy was 14 days, even if the product was defective, and that I would have to go to the manufacturer. I purchased a laptop from Best Buy, and they did a warranty repair in-house after 9 months, even though I didnt have the credit card that the laptop was purchased with, and I had bought it in a store in a different state. The people who run Staples should understand that the ONLY reason that you purchase from a physical store is service, and that being told send it back to the manufacturer for a product which is defective is a great way to lose a customer. Permanently.

I was put on hold...no one came back for 21 min. Then when someone did, he said he will check. At this point I really just wanted to see how long it would take. A few seconds later another person came on and said he has never heard of the product. Without double checking and was rude about it. I have managed clothing stores and understand how things come up and you forget about people who call...but for me it was the rudeness and not apologizing for the wait.

I ordered a print yesterday. I specifically said, If you cant do this today, please let me know so I can go elsewhere. The guy called and confirmed this is what I wanted and was getting it ready to go. That was the last conversation we had. This morning I went to pick it up and to my surprise it wasnt ready and wouldnt be ready for two hours at least. The apology? He needs to get better about giving people realistic expectations. I hope thats a joke.

Consumers be aware, this store charges you tax on gift cards, and the manager rejected to remove the tax after i pointed it out. If you are ignorant the least thing you can do is to be modest, but no.

This store got a new store manager and sales lead less than a week ago.....and I thought things couldn’t get worse than they already are. They concentrate on “upselling” more than actually taking care of the customer. The management was horrendously rude and had no clue what they were doing. I don’t see staples lasting that much longer with this current track record. Taking my companies business elsewhere.

They didnt have the calculator in store I needed, but the sales associate Tom went out on his way to help look for it. Above and beyond what I consider the norm in customer service.

Never told me that the 2 year protection was 20 dollars. I returned it right after purchase even though the manager was begging me not to, even offered a price match. Got the same product from Office Depot and it was 10% cheaper. Not to mention the staff is all rude and awkward.

Ordered something to send to store. Shipment has been delayed for two weeks. After after arrived, the hold was quickly cancelled. Stopped the 4 times at the store to pick up nothing. Complete waste of time!

Bad customer service.I bought a HP Ink (2-pack Cartridges) from the store on late Friday afternoon; coming to home and found the ink inside the package was not the ones stated in the package. I went back to store next morning (within 24 hours) and tried to exchange it. Daniel Marchio, who claimed himself the store manager, looked at me as if I was a liar and coldly refused to exchange the product. I tried to reason with him; and he did not listen and kept saying it is impossible; at the end, he was impatient and asked me to leave. I asked to see his boss, but he refused.As a value customer to the store (I shopped in this store a lot of time), I felt very insulted. I will never come back to this store and (likely will never shop with Staples).

Big physical stores are so outdated in the modern era.
