To whom it may concern FAMILY DOLLAR But the store manager was really rude. I was asking her for her name and would not provide it to me. I also asked for the HR number to report her attitude towards me and would not simply give her name and the number . They need new management that respects customers and actually cares to help. If she is not willingly to provide that service find someone that actually be helpful enough to provide customer service. Not a attitudebthat shows she hates her job. If she does hate her job there are ao many out there. Family Dollar i hope you find a solution for this . Thank you

Never have enough baskets and employees refuse to remove go back baskets with less then 10 items in it.. I went today same thing so Im suppose to walk around with all my items in my hand smh

The store itself is well kept (stocked and clean) for the most part. Employees were friendly and greet you upon entry. However, do not visit this store once it becomes dark out. The parking lot has very little lighting and can attract some sketchy individuals. Todays visit had a man sitting on the ground next to entrance/exit door with his belongings next to him.

I bought a headset and it did not work so i tried returning it then i remember the person at the counter didnt give me a receipt she didnt even mention it only asked if i wanted a bag well now i just wasted 20 dollars thank you

Its a small little store with some name brandsand also some items you cant find in other stores.

This is a nice store. Lots of useful things. Its not a 1 dollar store, though. Most things are less than $5.

Will never shop here again. My mom went in and bought a pack of Newports and a pack of kools. And cat food. And dog bones. The guy gave her a hard time about her id which is fine 60 years old getting carded thats OK... But she finally found it and the guy had put everything in a bag she gets out to her car to light up a cig and he gave her mavrics. She walked back in and they said sorry cant exchange them... With a attitude even.. Trust me when I say this I will never shop here again and shes a regular customer atleast 3-4 times a week she goes in here. Ill be calling corpret tomorrow morning ill be calling the smgr and Ill be posting on face book and any other place I can.

Place is clean customer service is EHHH ok !!!. Some things are over priced ..but its a good place to go if u need something fast ..plenty of parking I noticed for the past few months the employees look unhappy .I say thank you & they just grunt . Especially yesterday morning 11/19/18...anyways im trying to limit going in there But I always end up back in there .the place would be perfect if the employees were more out going & FRIENDLY..SMILE A LITTLE BIT !!!! Update 1/25/20 The parking lot is horrible lots of trash some employees are still not as friendly as they should be ...
