From the moment I walk into the store I noticed its far more Superior than other locations Ive been to. That being said the customer service was also the best Ive ever seen in a Dollar trees since. Not only was I welcome but I was bedazzled to spending more money than I really wanted to but it was worth it. They really gone out of their way to impress me with the quality of customer service you received from this Dollar tree highly recommend it and encourage you to take a look for yourself and witness first hand what it feels like to be a full five star rated company....

Poor costumer service!Doug has no education with costumer.Long lines to pay items. And Doug prefer send to employees to his break than assist to costumer.

I am always surprised at what I can find. They are always fully stocked. I especially like the greeting card section. They have the best cards, two for a dollar.

I have been to this location one time. Still familiar with the brand. I called to ask about a TV cable. The lady said hold on. 15 minutes later I just called back and the phone was off the hook

My secret place to buy Farmer John sausage. Only, it looks like the secret is out... all they have left is Maple, Yuck! The funniest thing Ive heard there was a customer ask the cashier, How much is this?

Not the largest Dollar tree store but a good place to spend your dollars.

Lots of things to choose from and I love that literally everything is a dollar. Unlike 99 cent store. Well stocked. Friendly service. Not too busy.

This is a decent Dollar Tree. It is conveniently located near other desrinations such as a grocery store !and bank gas station and fast food. Easy to find a place to park. The peoples who work there are always in good spiritsThey have a decent giftwrap and card collection as well as a good selection of things to organize your stuff withThe toy section seem just okay. The food storage section and cooking utensils is neat fresh and clean with different ranges of quality items. They have lots of paper products and lots of glasses and stemware. Their food/grocery section is okay with no produce. I dont shop here very often but when i do Im never regretting my decision to do so.

This location keeps a great variety of items but I do often find that items are strewn about or often in the wrong place. Honestly with this crisis and with so many people going in and out I dont hold that against them. However it should be noted that during my visit wearing my mask it was increasingly obvious they didnt have the a.c. on and the heat collected in that space was so stifling I had to leave. Ordinarily the lack of ac would not be an issue but wearing my mask I was very acutely effected. They close at 8 now so prepare for that when you visit. The staff is always very friendly though.

This store was a disastrous mess today! There is junk thrown around at the registers and shelves were filled with items that looked as though they were thrown on.

The two young girls working were antisocial. No greeting entering or exciting. When she totaled out my sale and just looked at me. I returned the look waiting for her to give me the total. She never did. The store... merchandise was opened, out of place, and trash on the shelves not to mention items were out of stock.

Two younger girls didn’t help at all had one guy working the register making him do everything while there was a long line, shelves we’re really unorganized and many products were damaged. The way one of the girls spoke to the only guy working the register was rude . Felt bad for him.

Clean and orderly always. Well stocked most of the time, but I have never been able to get everything on my list in one trip. There is always one or two items out if stock.

Bad, two clerks and a very long line.one clerk was too busy putting up balloons instead of helping get the line down.

Nice and clean

I went to the store really fast and did not check my receipt until the next day, and I found out that I was charged $3.00 extra, manager did not want to credit me for the extra charges. My fault for not checking my receipts right away. My advice to you is to check your receipt before you leave the store.

Every time Ive been in this store, the clerks have always been kind and knowledgeable about all their items. Especially the bacon and all the frozen section has a better selection of food than their competition. I applaud their staff. Keep on doing a great job.

A large variety of products, More products, everything is organized. Customer service is ok. Good products to shop.

A little bit of everything can be purchase here from making a project for school to baking a cake. Everything is $1 can beat that. For all of us on a budget the dollar tree comes in handy.

I really honestly had the best service at this store. Rosie was an amazingly nice worker. So five thumbs up to her.

The person who was helping us shes very helpful and friendly sure keep hiring people like her I dont remember the name of but shes nice

I purchased a plastic bottle of apple juice at this location. I noticed on the receipt that I was charged more for CRV than what was printed on the bottle. I brought this to the managers attention and was told that that was how their system is set up. I asked for a complete refund and returned the unopened bottle, but the manager refused and said they did not do refunds. The manager had horrible customer service skills and refused to address their mistake.

Great selection and cheerful service here despite a partial power outage this evening! Found what I needed and can always count on the price!

Couldnt find hot chocolate or Dr pepper but two lanes open moving pretty quickly

Dollar Tree has always been handy store for me, of course there are things that the store cannot carry because of the prices, everything in the store is a dollar there are many many things in there that the average household can use if you have never been in a Dollar Tree store I highly recommend that you take a tour

Better selection of food items compared to the 99 cents only store but much smaller but much cleaner and way more organized. When I can buy a ribeye steak for $1 I am all in. Dont know how long its been opened but it looks fairly new

Where else am I going to go for cheap decorations? This one is clean and usually well stocked. They are almost always shorthanded, you may have a wait in line.

On mothers day dollar tree was the best last minute place with good customer service.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. They have everything I need just for a dollar a piece. I personally enjoy the Beef and Bean burritos with an ice cream and a root beer. The store employees are always courteous and knowledgable of their products locations. I enjoy buying a variety of doggy treats for my little doggy Nino.

Thia place is always dirty. They have workers that are walking around when the line is super long and on top of that they only have one cashier open and 3 workers wondering around the store.Very poor customer service

Bad customer service was there today 07/23/20 one line open asked the manager to open another line and totally disregarded what i was saying .Customer service should always be first priority.

It is good place to shop but they need to keep there shells stocked and they also need to keep more then one check stand open

Very busy store and I believe its understaffed because the aisles seemed very sloppy and picked over in particular the Christmas items. I dont think the staff can keep up with the traffic.
