I’ve been searching for a dance studio to continue my love of recreational dance as an adult, and I am so lucky to have found such a great studio! The instructors are very friendly and welcoming and I’ve had a wonderful experience returning to dance here.

Words can never express the amount of love I have for this studio and thier instructionors. My whole life growing up I always wanted to be a dancer but was told by family that I wasnt graceful or athletic enough to dance and I believed them. When I became an adult my friend dragged me (seriously dragged me kicking and screaming) to my first burlesque class at unique technique and I fell in love. I was so sacred to walk in but after I did all those worries melted away. I was met with friendly supportive folks, a safe atmosphere and most importantly I felt accepted. It didnt matter that I had no dance experience or wasnt the most athletic. All that mattered was that I was having fun and loving myself. In this studio for the first time I felt like I could do anything I put my mind too. Fast forward a year or two later Im still attending every class I can and loving every moment of it.if your thinking about doing it, just do it!! I promise you wont regret it!!

Fantastic place for kids dance lessons! Miss Patsy (owner/instructor) is a one of a kind teacher! All her staff is phenomenal and the studio is fun, inviting and cute. I highly recommend!

Miss Patsy has been a great teacher for numerous children for many years. Dancing is her passion and it truly shows. She has a way with kids that allows them to open up and have a fun time. I would recommend her classes for any child, and adults too!!

In an age of YouTube and devices my daughter has the shortest of attention spans. I was so pleased with the online classes and the instructors ability to keep my daughter engaged. I look forward to enrolling her in in-person classes again, but until that is possible I am thrilled with the online classes!!

Unique Technique Dance is a fun, lively and colorful space and the owner, Patsy is amazing! Patsy is so energetic and she brings a really positive, uplifting energy to her classes. They are always fun and great exercise! I recently took her Jazz/Burlesque Class and I have taken other adult classes in the past. The best way to describe that class is FUN! I learned a lot but Its low-pressure and doesnt require a lot of practice between classes. There are no classic Burlesque peels and reveals in the Jazz/Burlesque, so its laid back enough for students with any personal taste or skill level (although I would love to see a true Burlesque-focused class someday!). I also take Pole Dance classes with Breanna and shes so wonderful too. Shes really great at teaching the moves and super patient with each persons learning style. Her choreography is beautiful!I am so happy that UTD is able to be open for in-person classes now! The class sizes are small and theres plenty of space for social distancing so I feel safe and comfortable. The studio seems to have good cleaning practices too. I highly recommend this place for children and adult dancers and non-dancers like myself, anyone who wants to be uplifted and inspired while moving their body!

Such a fun studio ! i’m so glad i was able to take lessons here because it was such an amazing community and fun expirience. Ms Patsy is always so fun and clearly loves to teach. Will definitely be returning for more lessons in the future and totally recommend. Overall a very comfortable, welcoming and enjoyable environment. Would recommend!

So happy Ive found this studio! I took the Intro to Pole Fitness series and LOVED it! The teacher was excellent and the environment promoted comfort, safety, and confidence. I highly recommend the Pole classes if youve ever been curious and want to feel empowered in your body, and are up for a full body workout!

Miss. Patsy is an amazing dance teacher, she is so positive and energetic!! Before my 4 year old daughter started dancing with Miss. Patsy, she was so shy and would never to activities by herself. Now she has so much confidence and loves dancing. She has grown so much since she started taking dance classes at Unique Technique Dance Studio!

I take adult classes and have done baby dance with my little girl. I love this studio. Patsy has such a beautiful heart. Its a safe and absolutely judgment free place for adults to dance whatever level you are.

Positive experience for my 3 year old daughter! She is very serious about becoming a dancer at such a young age, and has not been intimidated during any of the classes. Patsy is incredible!! Ive taken belly dance and hip hop classes from her, and she recently choreographed our wedding dance 😍 it was the perfect balance of easy to learn and fun, the crowd loved it. Shes so talented! 12 out of 10 recommend.

Unique Technique Dance is a great place for your kid to have fun and get some dancing energy out! My daughter absolutely loves her teacher Tori, shes always so upbeat and positive to all the kids! She makes it fun and exciting every week! Hip hop and other dance is definitely something I think we will be involved in for quite sometime, happy to have it be here!

Patsy, the owner of Unique Technique, is a fantastic instructor. She’s encouraging, and makes everyone feel welcome and confident. Every class is a hoot, and the highlight of my week.
