Very high level gym where some of the best fighters in the world train. UFC fighters and world champion boxers are all over the place. The normal every day person is also at Bellmore getting in a great workout. The gym is the best place in New York to develop your hands if youre serious about it. Best gym Ive ever been apart of. Its a big family

Love going into a place where it makes you feel like your in a rocky movie, staff is great, world champions all over the place the staff and fighters make you feel like your at home even on a beginner level.
