This place is awesome. I really do miss this place. Had to quit because of Wrestling, but for the year I was there, the instructors were very helpful and professional. Can’t say anything bad about this place whatsoever. Heard they moved to a bigger room, so it’s probably even better now! If you want to learn self defense, this is the place to learn it.

Fantastic place and not your typical karate kid conveyor belt like what most of Long Island has unfortunately become. Mr. Babel and Mr. Lorch are wonderful instructors and my daughter has loved every minute of her journey with them so far.Her confidence has grown, listening improved, not to mention the physical benefits of increased agility and balance.If you want a family value based learning experience, for highly trained professionals in the art of American Kenpo, look no further. Highly recommended.UPDATE: 3 years later from my original review and we still love our Red Dragon family. We just had our daughters 7th birthday party at the new location today and it was absolutely amazing. They made her day incredibly special and I’m lucky to have this place in my kids life.
