I am very happy that my daughter goes to Giggle Monsters. She absolutely loves it there and learns so much. Kelissa is very attentive and has great communication about what is going on with my daughter or anything that involves the daycare. Chantel is also amazing and so caring. Its rare you find people in this career field who genuinely care for the well-being of the children they are watching. I highly recommend this daycare.

We took our son here and in the begining it was good. We enjoyed it and I raved about it to many people. Im leaving a review now because so many people have asked why he doesnt go here anymore. When we picked him up he was 3 months at the time and I noticed bite marks all over his arm. I showed it to kelissa and she was very concerned but claimed she didnt know what had happened. We had been told that he hated to be in the jumper and I thought that was odd considering he loves it at home but I now know he must of been being hurt. We were told kids get hurt but an infant who is defenseless should not be getting hurt. Im not posting this to be rude or vicious Im just posting for other parents because I am being asked frequently why we took him out. Im sure what happened was an accident but to us it still is unacceptable. We also were told he is needy and obviously an only child and asked to not tend to him right away. He is my only baby so of course when he cries thats his way of telling me he needs something and I jump up to help him. For those two reasons we removed him.

Living in Central Oregon its so hard finding a daycare that you can feel comfortable bringing your child to . I had been searching for child care for my 3 year old son for month on months and could never find just that right person my son absolutely loved and connected with after doing more searching on craigslist and Facebook I found Giggle Monsters Daycare i contacted Kelissa about a drop in childcare due to my sons preschool teacher being sick and she answered right away and gave me all the information i needed to make a discussion and get him set up, I showed up at her house where it is in home childcare and i felt warm and welcomed into her home, when we came in she introduced her self to my son and myself and gave us a tour of the facility, EVERYTHING WAS CHILD PROOFED OR BOLTED TO THE WALL which i loved due to my son likes to climb every once in a while i left for the day and came back for pick up, my son was so happy when i came to pick him up and he wanted to come back again!!!! which honestly was a first for him usually he is over it after day oneI contacted Kelissa about scheduling him for every Tuesday for now until i move him there full time which is in the works now, shes upfront with everything, willing to work with you, and open communication which is the most important thing to me i want to know whats going on with my child at all times. i highly recommend this daycare to everyone i see and anyone seeking child care at reasonable rates
