We were so impressed with Pony Pros as my granddaughter was to participate in the horse camp but the heat wave required the camp to be moved to a different week. Because of our schedule we couldn’t join that camp but Pony Pros made it possible for her to get some private instruction. She had so much fun and learned so much!! Avalon was amazing and we will be forever grateful!! If you are thinking of joining the camps this summer I highly recommend it!!

Kali and Pony Pros helped my confidence sky rocket to new heights. She taught me so much about horses and was very kind and friendly to all. She was always so good with younger kids and teens (like me) alike and always explained things well. Working with Kali is so refreshing! Shes great with horses, and loves kids, and shes clearly really studied both training AND teaching. Shes got a beautiful approach that respects and celebrates the unique goodness in both the pony and the rider. This is a place children learn in the real world, and that is such a missing element in todays cyber heavy environment. And its lots of fun. I strongly recommend Pony Pros!

As a lifetime rider and trainer myself, I am incredibly impressed with the operation of PonyPros. What an incredibly awesome idea of giving these kids the knowledge and experience to shape their own relationships with their ponies/horses. I wish that I had had something like this available to me as a child rider. Kali is an ultimate professional with vast equine training knowledge. I was extremely impressed with how she ran this business and was enamored with the young pony trainers that I witnessed.

This program! I cannot believe we have a horse trainer of this quality available to work with kids. Kali, knows her stuff. As a rider she is unreal, but the real beauty of her work is how she can convey her talent to children. And as a trainer--unreal! I have two of her ponies and they enjoy working, love people and safe. We love Kali and her program.

This is wonderful stable and Kali is so creative and fun in her training. She is creating remarkable riders that are kind, balanced and talented. Kali provided consult with my gelding when he was having behavioral challenges. She was able to provide playful ways to work with him that helped both me and the horse regain trust and enjoy working together again. Her methods not only help with training, but also help build relationship and respect between the horse and rider.

I was sent unsolicited messages from this company via Facebook. When I asked them why they blocked me and wouldn’t allow me to respond. I find it VERY off putting and while I was considering using your services I will ABSOLUTELY NOT be using them now. Way to be disrespectful when asked a question.Edit: I never cursed. I said I didn’t like the automated BS. It seems as though you don’t realize the ad you paid for is sending these. I understand technology can be difficult. I found it and your responses very offensive. Feel free to look at the screen shot I shared.

Kali is very knowledgeable and so patient with the kids and horses. Camps are very fun and my daughter loves learning horsemanship from Kali and her team. Highly recommend pony pros.

My daughter just had her first lessons and loved it. We just moved here and have tried several in Bend. The teachers here are so nice and good at helping kids focus. All the kids seem to be having a great time and the horses and ponies are very cute. The quality of instruction was excellent. It was a very welcoming environment and a beautiful facility. The cost of lessons is right on par with other barns in Bend. It really clear how much the teachers care. Well be signing up for regular lessons!

I grew up riding here.Kalis horses and lesson plans have always been amazing. The lessons were challanging and let me learn a lot about not just riding but natural horsemanship, gorund work and so much more.I learned how to be a horse person, not just how to ride. Ponypros has always been friendly and professional. I reccomend Ponypros to anyone who is looking to start horse back riding.

After many emails and phone calls to get my daughter lessons the woman finally managed to settle on a date and time, this was weeks of emails and phone calls. Finally the day comes for lessons and she messages me 30 minutes prior to the appointment and says this day just wont work for me anymore. Id already left for the appointment with a very excited child.The homeschool class was a mess when offered through our homeschool group and although 15 people were interested they couldnt get their act together enough to pull it off in time.No offer to reschedule private lessons, no follow up even though I continued to email and message through Facebook.Poor operating skills and business practices. This business was not worth my time and Im thankful I did not support this small business monetarily.

After two visits with Pony Pros we left quite concerned with our childs safety and will not be returning. Les and Kali (the owners) seem like nice folks so I did not have any personal issues with them per se but when Kali let our 3 year old walk directly behind a pony this caused great alarm. One of the number one rules in horse safety is to never walk directly behiind a house unless you are already next to them and are touching them the entire time so they know who it is behind them. She let our 3 year old walk directly behind the pony and did nothing about it. The concern is that a spooked horse can kick and you dont want your chiild in a position where they can be kicked by the animal. When I brought this concern up to her, she got quite defensive and made up an excuse why it was ok.
