I have had lash extensions for over 3 years, and by far, these are the best, and most amazing ever!! I moved from Lake Oswego to Bend, sadly leaving behind my wonderful lash extension specialist. I searched all over for a professional here in Bend that was proficient in the lash extension field, and that I could trust. After many tries and misses, I found Denise at Bombshell. She is the best, and makes me look fabulous every time I see her. I wouldnt go to anyone else, and you wont either after you meet her!

Denise is very personable and does a great job with lashes without causing damage. She has over two years of experience and it really shows. This is by far the best places to get lash extensions in Bend.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get their eyelashes done. Denise is very professional, kind and friendly, she takes the time and effort to get to know her clients, and figure out which type of lashes her fits best with her clients lashes.

(THE FIRST PART OF THIS REVIEW IS NOT BOMBSHELL LASHES)Val was great when I got my first set of lashes and told me if I came back in a week she could add more for $20 once my lashes adjusted to the extensions rather than a $45-60 fill if I were to have waited longer.. we talked about how she does reiki and how Id like to try it sometime. When I came back for my second appointment Val put on lashes for about 40min which I thought was odd because I already had a good amount, just having mine done a week prior. Val asked if I wanted Fuller and I said sure. As I laid on the table, my eyes began to burn.. it felt like the glue was seeping in to my eyes.. SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS SELF TAUGHT...I mentioned it a couple times but felt too shy and awkward and didnt know what it was supposed to be feeling to keep mentioning the burning and discomfort. When Val was done she started talking about doing reiki, having not officially set up a reiki session, very confused, I thought she was just giving me a sample or something... After Val was done she charged me $60.. confused, and feeling very awkward and because Val is nice, I paid. I told her it felt like my lashes were falling off in a chunk on my left eye.. she said probably... I laid back down for her to look and she cut off the peice I was referring too. I went home and blinked like crazy the rest of the night. My eyes were blurry like there was something in them and they burnt all evening. When I woke up the next day all my lashes were clumped in glued together masses and my eyes were very irritated. I used the brush Val gave me but couldnt smoothly run it through my lashes and as I tried the lashes broke off in massive clumps. I immeaditly messaged Val to tell her what was happening and she accused me of ripping them out or that there must have been something I did... I paid $160 total for lashes, had clumps of broken off lashes, clumps of glue still on my eye lid, lashes that stuck out straight... left with eye iratation looking like a fool.... I asked for my money back and Val told me she would not do that but would wave the $50 removal fee for me and take them off... I could not handle anymore irritation to my eyes and let Val know that removing them would not be a option... Val proceeded to tell me there is no way she would refund me and continued to blame me for what was happening with my lashes.So, $160 that I spent to do something nice for myself and I am left looking like a idiot with eye iratation.After googeling bad lash extensions, this is not uncommon... Too much glue, lashes that dont curl, clumping, and eye iratation.My lesson is learned but I feel Vals as a bussiness owner and someone who is dealing with our eyes...one of our most delicate body parts.. has not learned her lesson and doesnt even seem to care about me suffering pain, the embarrassment of having lashes broken off or hanging off while my eyes recover or the $160 of my money that was taken...I have since found other reviews regarding Vals services burning someones eyes....Val needs to address these issues as a good business owner...figure out what happened in these cases and learn and grow from them rather than punish the client/customer that trusts you enough to pay for your services.**BOMBSHELL LASHES SAVED THE DAY!!**Feeling affraid, ugly and broke after my first experience.. a friend recommended Bombshell Lashes and swore I wouldnt be disappointed... My friend introduced me to the owner who immeaditly made me feel like she was a real person who genuinely cared! The owner told me to come in and she would take a look, try and fix what happened and help me. When I went in for my appointment I was so nervous but once I walked through the door and got to talking with the owner of Bombshell, I was quickly put at ease. After careful inspection of what had happened to my lashes previously, WE decided to carefully remove them and apply new lashes in a few days. The owner of Bombshell is trained and trains people, she reapplied gorgeous lashes, she made me feel safe and beautiful!
