These educational classes are well and clearly presented. The complicated new laws are explained clearly. The cost of these classes is also very reasonable.

The presentation helped make landlords aware of the potential problems with inspections if not done properly and according to best practices. It also stressed the value, both economically and from a PR standpoint, in properly conducting inspections and making repairs.

As a licensed property manager in Eastern Oregon we do not have the benefit of having a person near by that gives CE classes. In the past we have had to just do online classes with no instructor available to answer questions that may arise during the course. Now that RPM Landlord education is allowed to give virtual classes , it is amazing . This is such a benefit to the Property Managers that live in parts of Rural Oregon.

I have always left class more educated about what’s appropriate for me and my tenant , It’s always up to date and questions are always answered , thank you so much.
