Not a place I would recommend any child or teacher! When first coming to LPA it seemed like a good place, but then all the truth starts coming out after a few months. The minimum wage staff are overworked (way too many children and not enough teachers). You’re not allowed to hit over 40 hours. This is the most disgusting facility I have ever been to. Rooms are never properly cleaned, black mold infested in the rooms, and the smell of the facility is horrible. They will never tell you the truth about things when it comes to your child getting hurt or sick. I could go on and on about them not following DHS policy and how cruel they are to the children! This is not a place I would ever recommend a child or teacher going to!

I pulled my child out of here immediately once I found out how they treat the children. They let the babies lay on the floors and scream all day while they play on their iPads. They’ll let them go hours without a diaper change or a bottle. The place smells like urine and dirty diapers 24/7. This is not a place I would recommend any child to go.

I sit and watch how babies are neglected and left crying on the ground while ladies stand there on their phones or tablets. I wont take my granddaughter there

La Petite is wonderful with our son that was diagnosed with autism 2 years ago. They allow the ABA therapists from Thrive and the OT and SLT therapy teams to work at the school. According to his ABA therapy team, a lot of other preschools do not have a strong curriculum to work with, but La Petite does. This information came from someone that has a Masters degree in education, like myself. I also have a Masters in Education, and Im currently working on my BCBA in Texas. Even though some of the newer places may have all the latest bells and whistles, La Petite provides more structure. There is less turn over rates here than many other schools my son has attended. The director and teachers really work together with the therapists to help our son get ready for kindergarten. Joe was not speaking many words when he started, and his language has increased and his skills have improved where he can attend a general education classroom next year. La Petite is truly a safe, fun, educational, and perfect place for our son to learn and make friends. I dont know where we would be without them, and they have changed our lives for the better in our family. Thank you so much!

Absolutely like it. Its first school for my kid. Teachers are warm and welcoming. My kid learnt few things. She loves the school. Good job by the school management. Fee is affordable too. It will be great if they provide regular updates on kids progress.

It is a kid friendly and parent friendly place. The staff takes very well care of my two kids. One being a school aged and the other being in pre-school. I would recommend this center to anybody who asked. The management is very helpful when we have a problem, it gets taken care of right away.

We had a wonderful experience at LPA. Teachers and staff very friendly. My sons communication and social skills developed significantly and he felt so comfortable throughout. Status updates on daily basis helped me know about his activities. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

If you care about your child... DONT go here. They are terrible, everything from a smelly and dirty environment to teachers who spend all day looking at their phones instead of the children. Be warned, if you complain or try to bring issues to the director or the district manager, you will be ignored and be given the write off. When we began to bring issues to them we were suddenly told that our daughter was no longer welcome. They would call us and tell us to pick her up. Claiming that she was biting, however when I asked for proof, nothing... likewise when she would have a bite on her their would be no incident report... She is now two weeks in her new Daycare with not one issue... in short this is not the place that you want your children to be in, they did us a favor by pushing us out.P.S - We also wrote to their corporate office to express concerns, after two weeks no answer.

A good place to start for. Infant class teacher Amy is the best. She takes best care and my kid loves her a lot.Moving forward curriculum is good, and my son learned a lot from school. But teachers keep changing frequently. Now we moved to a new place and he still miss his friends. The new place says he is well mannered, good skills and learned a lot things. Thanks to whole team.Love their schedule and good program.Precious status is best.

Think Geraldo Riveras expose on Willowbrook. This location was decent the first couple months. Upon adding 40 kids in 30 days, everything fell apart. The minimum wage staff are overworked (too many children, not enough adults). They are not allowed to hit 40 hours p/week, resulting in no time for cleanup. I have toured nearly a dozen other schools unannounced in the last 3 months & this is - BY FAR - the most disgusting facility in Bentonville. It is persistently filthy, smells of urine & feces, & has born at least one case of food poisoning. The staff turnover rate is incredible. There seems to be a new face every week, so the children & parents have no stability & no chance for forming relationships. When I picked my granddaughter up Monday, I was informed that she had an accident walking to the bathroom after nap but that the good part is that it was after nap, so her sheets arent wet. Tuesday morning, I found her urine-soaked sheets in a bag in her cubby. Tuesday afternoon, I found her soaked when I picked her up. A different woman on duty promptly informed me that its just water, we didnt wipe down the equipment. The pattern was clearly not the result of water on the equipment. I smelled to confirm & changed her clothes. Who knows how many hours she was left to sit in urine-soaked clothes (pants, undies, socks, & shoes)? I would like to say these were isolated incidents but that would be a monumental lie.Other issues - the wood chips used on the playground are the cheapest & most obnoxious material one could find. They embed into every fiber, ruining clothes, shoes, & even items that have never been on the premises. Please dont fill out a survey. The condescending district manager will respond with paragraphs of snooty defensiveness. If you dont want feedback, dont send out surveys! This is CX 101.There is nothing educational about this center. There is no curriculum, no engagement. My granddaughter has learned nothing of value in a year of being here. The Director is manipulative & defensive as she has been groomed to be by a corporate leadership team whose only focus is money. Any attempts at conveying / resolving concerns with her are futile. If you look at La Petite reviews from the last 12 months, these stories are happening across the US, indicating there are deep-rooted, systemic issues within the organization. This is a true shame. My daughter attended a La Petite facility in Arizona 21 years ago & they really were cream of the crop back then.As I toured other schools, the moment I said she was at La Petite, the face of the person I was speaking to involuntarily contorted into either a look of pity or a look of disgust. Their reputation clearly precedes them. There is a reason this is the only school in Bentonville with openings. If you even kind of sort of like your children, do not subject them to the filth & neglect that is La Petite. I pulled my granddaughter out immediately yesterday.

The worst. Going to withdraw our daughter. Not just that it is filthy (RSV case, head lice, diarrhea) and constantly smells like pee and other feces, this daycare was nothing but a disappointment. My baby started going here in September and had 4!!!!!! Of her teachers quitting their job in 3 months. How do you expect an infant to feel comfortable if there is always a new caregiver. Too many issues going on from not feeding my baby probably (dehydration confirmed by her doctor) to using way to small diapers so she has marks all over. She always comes home with a set of completely stained clothes which apparantly is from feeding her because I did not agree to feed her naked with only a diaper on and its freezing cold outside. She also has been sick 6 times in 4 months. They do not feed fresh food like other daycares but only premade store brand containers. The last few days she has been transitioned to an older group, which I only found out due to a picture of her and when I asked her new teacher where she was sleeping, I was told the she is sharing beds. REALLY? We pay full tuition and my kid has to share a bed? The director only cares about money. She tells you totally different stories than her stuff does. Too many days when I came in in the morning and there were over 6 infants with only one teacher. When I asked if she was the only teacher, I got the reply that she is used to it. Every time I brought my concerns to management, I got told the same excuses and asked if I trust them or not. WELL, no I dont. The only reason why we didnt withdraw our baby right away was because she was waiting for a different daycares spot. They dont care about your kids. They only care about money and lie to you. They told my husband completely different things than me. I also witnessed on their camera in the office, when a teacher in the toddler group grabbed a child on the arm and leg and threw it on the mattress. The teacher then was holding the kid down with its full weight to force it to sleep. I could go on and on....DONT chose this daycare!!!!!!!

My kid is going to La Petite for the past 8month and this is his first school in USA. The director and all his teachers are extremely friendly, understanding, and customer-service oriented. He loves to go to school everyday, infact he misses his school during saturday & sunday. My son has improved his communication and social skills with the environment provided to him. Our family members got benefited by the daily status that includes his meal, nap time, photos of him.I highly recommend any parents that are looking for a daycare/ pre k school for their child to check out this school.

The management is toooo worst here. They are not at all really caring about the kids. several times my daughter was beaten by others. But everytime when i ask for the reason school teacher used to give the same answer like, Im really sorry about that sir. Actually I wasnt here when the incident happend. from now on wards will take care not to repeat this again. Their play area was really horrible place.Generally their class room capacity was very less. But they used to admit more people. There were days where the class room with 18 students in a day. the class rooms are very small too.I will not recommend this place to any of my friends.

I would never put my kids in that daycare. One of the teachers were grabbing 2 kids by the arm with anger and getting in their face yelling. I would be furious if they treated my kid like that.
