I have to say that the staff there is very friendly and I have witnessed first-hand how thoughtful the staff can be. They really do try to go the extra mile. The director, Cheryl, really makes an effort to create a relationship with families and from what I have heard and experienced myself, Woodland is a fair in price and treatment. No one is considered just a customer. I am glad I chose Woodland and am thankful that the school is directing children towards creating their own learning environment. The teachers are wonderful and the administration is top-notch. The food is really fresh and the menu changes a lot which is nice. Sometimes I walk in and there are fresh blueberry or spice muffins baking and there is nothing that sets the day up better than that! Love this school!

My youngest son attends Woodland Academy and we have been so very happy with the care he receives there. He is a very inquisitive toddler who never sits still, and they do a great job of keeping him busy with lots of activities. Whenever I drop him off or pick him up, I see the teachers engaged with the children - reading stories, listening to music, doing art/music projects, playing outside, etc. The school is impeccably clean and has a very homey feel to it. The food he is served is nutritious and prepared fresh for the children on-site. My son especially likes the big indoor playroom, where he can run around and burn up some energy even on days when the weather doesnt allow outdoor play.Every day when we drive up to the school, he sees where we are and says My friends! and he cant wait to get inside. It makes me feel better about being away from him during the day to know that he is happy and being well cared for.
