Great customer service! All of the employees are extremely helpful and courteous, especially Mark, who went beyond the call of duty to help me. Although the place is a bit far from where I live, I would definitely go back.

I shopped at this Staples on 2 occasions in the last 2 weeks. On each occasion, I was greeted with a welcome by AJ. The managers Sim and Marc were available to assist and answer my questions about items I was purchasing. This Staples is not the closest to my home, however, this will be the one I will continue to shop at.

Copy & Print Center is a horrible experience. Two of the four copiers malfunction and are out of order. Multiple pages printed out illegible and management here refuses to recopy or refund; especially expensive when making multiple copies. The prices for self-service copy have risen substantially from the original 11¢ per B&W page, yet the customer service and project output quality at this Bergenfield location have plummeted. If you have a Staples card, you can no longer add money at the self-serve kiosk as that has been removed; waiting in a long line at one of the sparsely-staffed registers for a cashier to add the funds to your card now adds at least five minutes to your visit. Also, the default setting on self-serve copiers is now for more expensive paper to be used, and the customer has to manually change it back to Economy, this despite the two paper grades being exactly the same. There are two staff members who work this section. The young woman (15 years old maybe?) is incredibly rude and blames the customer for the malfunctioning of the copiers or not understanding store policy. Meanwhile, the other staff member watches videos on a computer. If you need to copy stuff, find an independent print center or buy a copier and toner (not from here, too $$$$ expensive) and do it yourself at home. Messy smudged-up copier glass and touchscreens probably full of nasty Covid-19 also. Multiple bad experiences, I recommend avoiding full stop.

PROS: This Staples is believe it or not bigger than the average Staples store. Nice size inventory and always stocked full. Parking lot is good size for a stand alone store and the staff has always been nice there.CONS: The place is located on an intersection making it difficult to exit, however I wont let that effect the ratingOVERALL: This is definitely a place where Id come to get my office supplies since theyre always stocked and have a great selection. I suggest using the side street to exit the store though

I would like to write a review today because I had the best customer service ever! I went today to purchase office supplies for work, it took me 5 mins to make a decision which items to take but big thanks to Riccel, she helped me to find the items and made decisions regarding the quality. She’s really great on giving suggestions and she knows her stuff. I will look for her next time I visit staples in bergenfield. Thanks Ricel! Keep up the great work dear!

Whoever the young guy working at the fax and printing section is - he needs a raise. there was at least a dozen people asking him questions while he printed out docs i needed for work, managed the shipping receipts for people with packages, helped ornery older people figure out the fax and copy machines, and tracked down files for another customer another employee misplaced. i wish i had his name but seriously this guy was running around with no help and managed to do every task POLITELY even tho many customers were disgustingly rude.

Worst experience ever. I always go to Staples to fax all my documents. The machine got stuck and the employee working at the printing side came over to helped me and she said that I ruined the machine. That it wasnt working because I did something wrong to it... anyway to the ground I logged in into another machine, same thing happens. I try to do everything again, I pay again, and i wait for my confirmation number. I spent a total of $45 dollars and the next day I realize that the person I sent the fax to didnt received anything... very disappointing and very poor customer service.

I went to the store on July 15 and a worker named Rachel was very friendly and helpful towards me. She helped me find what I was looking for with no trouble. I’ll be back for sure.

Jim in print dept printed some acetate 8 x 11 sheets that I supplied. Did a test first for me on white paper. In spite of how busy he was with costumers he did the job rather quickly. He amazingly was attentive to all of the waiting customers informed them of their wait times, which was short. Runs around like a rabbit.

I went into the store last week to shop for office supplies and was helped by Ricel. She is an asset to the store and made my shopping experience that much easier. I’ll be a customer in Bergenfield for life because of this experience

Im a loyal customer of staples . I went to staples to buy some office supplies and printing paper. I met the most amazing staff of staples. I think her name is RICELL . She is so friendly and I got what I want in just 10 mins. No hassle and very convenient. I will come back again and I would recommend staples. Thank you. I’m A happy customer !

AWFUL AWFUL staff doesnt care, the office department is understaffed with people who know nothing, printers/Copiers are ALL in various states of disrepair. If I was CEO of Staple I would close this one

Great store, great customer service- especially in the print department. I specifically come to this store for my printing needs, a 25 minute drive because they far exceed all the other staples print departments- many of which are insufferable.

The copy and print center has saved my life more times than I can count. I love the associate there, Kyla. She has single handled run the entire copy center with a hoard of customers and still handles it all with a smile and somehow the crowd clears out in no time. I think the value of a store and company is 90% it’s people. These printers can sometimes mess up, but it doesn’t for a second change my mind about coming here again. Thank you so much Kyla!!!

Stopped by to make copies of a blueprint. The copies werent perfect as I expected but since I needed it as a backup and I was ok with it, I requested a discount and got 20% the bill. The clerk and manager were both courteous and friendly. They need to fix the copy machine though.

Went here this morning for an important copy job.Arlynn was terrific.Despite having many customers,one of which was very demanding,Arlynn remained calm and cheerful running this department.She is a real asset.I will be back.

Every time I have been to this location the staff is either pretending not to see the customers at the print and copy center or all the machines are down. This is a big part of their store. If you can’t print, copy or ship what is the point of having a print and copy center.

I made a order in that store for a pick in a hour. Witch was not done, so I hang around the store till I get a email. I was chased by a employee like I was gonna still something from the store. I was on the phone with a friend of mine on the phone.. this guy was walking behind me. And asked me did u want anything? Because you just walk around. First of all I’m allowed to walk around .. so he asked me did you have a email with the purchase and smirk 😏 like I lied to him. I said I didn’t get a email . But let me double check so I refresh my phone and I saw the email. He have the balls to tell me I’ll walk with you at the front .. like he was walking me out front the store like I did something I pickup my purchase and left I never felt so humiliated in my life.. and I’m going to call the HR tomorrow to report that behavior .. that garbage place.

It was awful... The girls on the main counter were with the worst disposition to give a customer service. She just gave attitude to the customers, Give me a second she just shut me up when I was trying to ask something... I gave her more time and when I came back she just realized that I could print by myself and she just made me wait long time. I was having trouble with the machine and they just kept hanging out and talking with out helping even when I asked them nicely. At the end she just answered my question showing me her back because sge couldnt even look at the customers. Its a shame a place like staples have people like this to give a service.

Poorly managed location. Went to this location to buy computer immediately. Brought ticket to register. Clerk told me only the manager could get item and he would be busy for the next several minutes. Apparently they dont trust any of their employees with the key. Waited for 5 minutes while two clerks discussed how he was taking third complaint this week from customer about rude employee. Manager finally arrived took item ticket. After another two minute wait came back to tell me that they didnt have item but he could order. Not helpful! If they had a working inventory system clerk should have been able to tell me that immediately. Big waste of my time.

You can make copies of blueprints here very economically.

Used to come here to get posters for academic conferences printed. The staff at the print center are extremely disorganized and time to completion of project can sometimes be 1 week. They used to be able to print a poster same day... but more recently have been directing me to other Staples locations, saying they are too busy. When I did come here the quality was very good however. Unfortunately, for a large poster ~36x48 it can be close to $60. Do yourself a favor and print it on Vistaprint for $20

Kind staff, good inventory, comfortable shopping experience. The prices may surprise you, Id recommend it if you are doing back to school shopping or office supply shopping.

It takes forever to get help with shipping, printing and any kind of service.

The young man @ this location was very helpful. I went to the Englewood Cliffs, NJ location prior to me going to Bergenfield and my experience was different. The gentleman in Englewood Cliffs wanted to charge me double of what I was charged in Bergenfield. Im not going back to Englewood Cliffs again.

I work in South Hackensack but will only shop @ Bergenfield staples, the manager is great he helped me from my kids school supplies to helping and setting up my computer. Im computer illiterate and he took his time to help and explain. He also help my husband fix his labtop which was acting up. I usually dont take the time to make reviews but EVERYTIME I shop here its a pleasure. Great customer service experience!!!!
