THIS IS THE ONLY FANCHISE (BESIDES BURGER KING IN MIDFIELD) THAT ALLOWS THEIR EMPLOYEES TO OPEN AND CLOSE WHEN THEY WANT. SMH....I WENT TODAY AND THE STORE OPENS AT 8AM. IT WAS OPENED, HOWEVER, THE WORKER CLOSED UP AND STATED SHE WOULD BACK IN 30 MINS. ONLY DO I SEE THIS IN THE MINORITY AREAS. 🤔😝👎👎👎

Terrible experience here. I’ve been calling to try and report an employee for being so rude and unprofessional, but they never had answer the phone.

So it was like 7-8 minutes from closing and they had locked the cigarette case then refused to sale me cigarettes. Oh well thats $25 well spent somewhere else.

The store associates are always friendly. The store manager Essie is always smiling and upbeat. The store is always clean.

Pretty good selection of goods for this type store. The employees are usually very nice and do a great job. Loss 2 stars simply because there is always isles blocked with inventory going out and displays put at then end, like road blocks. Little bit of attention to details and this place gets 5 stars.

Its always a little busy but thats a good thing. 😊 There are 2 of these stores close to my home and I always prefer this one. Customer service is also a plus 😉.

The short story!!!Love this store!!!!I hope corporate gets this But Today I went in the store for and exchange for a$ 4 item. (AT A DIFFERENT STORE) Management there told me a semi rigid policy. I had to go to this side of town so i stopped in here....Upon me simply explaining to her why I wanted an exchange she SAID.... yes maam I understand and because you told the truth and this IS within OUR policy..OF COURSE.....👸🏽.....i exchanged that $4 item for another and purchased more......THIS STORE STANDS OUT AND ****** THE OTHER STORES SHOULD FOLLOW*******🤖.....I could tell she was about her BUSINESS and was no ones Fool...but AS MANAGEMENT .......SHE HAD AN EAR...(Professional) and A heart to hear!!!!!! Everyone was good today! The stores register area was too crowded. No room to place the items to purchase.

Employees has no respect for the customers talking and cussing in front of us abt there business who did what why and how come. Its sad

The Manager was rude and talked down to her employee that was checking us out and made us feel sorry for her because we were using three coupons and the Manager made a really big deal about it as if we were doing something illegal!!! I will not be frequenting that store and will absolutely be my very last resort in shopping heretofore.

Better than usual. I have been in that store where they have been cussing screaming and just totally unprofessional. Only in black neighborhoods.

Why do we lock the door 30minutes before closing time? I love the workers just not sure about the time the closing times

The store has some isles blocked with packaging boxes and you cant get down the isle. Its to congested. Only having one cash register open. They let only a couple of people in at one time to shop after six oclock in the evening and lock the door 😡

Shelves stocked well. Cashier demeanor seems if shed rather been somewhere else.

NOTHING they nasty and the people who work in there are messy I will never step foot in there again!!
