They just remodeled the place. Looks nice on the surface but not very functional and they dont have the goods Im used to buying there.

I guess the time on the door with hour are Are optional to close at 9:37 pm instead of 10 pm but its OK just shell and might of spend more but had 60 dollar in sells that you lost out on. Thank for staying open at time posted on store Shells gas station you will always have me as a customers.

It is a little dirty things in boxes yet that should probably be on shelves for spring and things not organized on the dirty floor and the floors need to be cleaned

Staff doesnt wear masks. Rude. One was eating and drinking at the register. Place is always a mess with boxes stacked in aisles. Shelves are usually empty. Anyplace is better than this.

Store is always messy and unorganized. Boxes and stuff always in the middle of the aisle to the point shoppers cant walk through without bumping into things and people and cart getting stuck somewhere. Very cluttered store. Allot of these problems have to do with short staff. The last time I was there, store only had ONE female staff doing everything. She was doing cashier, attending to customers needs, unloading boxes, stocking shelves, running around in the store to take care if everything all by herself. This is ridiculous how this store treat its staff. If the store wasnt Soo damn cheap in putting more people to work in one day so the work assignment can be distributed fairly..... This would be a great store to shop in and not to mention, it would also be safe for both employees and customers. Get it together with family Dollar!!!!

First off let me say, I did not want to give this place a one star review. There are many good employees there, and for convenience I come to this store. My experience today made me not want to come back. There was a line at the register of myself, 2 other women, and a young man. A worker, an older man with grey hair and a high-pitched voice, asked to help the next person in line. By this time the first woman was already at the register, the woman in front, of me said I could go, but when I saw that the young mans hands were full I told him to go since I only had 2 items. The male cashier proceeded to flip out at the young man calling the young man disgusting for cutting in front of women. First of all, I let the young man go in front of me. Second of all, what gave the cashier the right to scream at a paying customer? We were all a little shocked at the cashier... if anyone was disgusting it was him! For all the time the cashier yelled at the young man we all could have been rung up! Maybe the cashier should stay away from serving customers and start cleaning the messy aisles that were littered with boxes and trash! I live right across the street from this place but after today I probably wont be back.

Its starting to get expensive in there

Descent store with a lot of foods, goods and drinks. Can get milk and eggs here along with household goods. Affordable. Good sized parking lot.

This store is always a mess. I live 5 minutes walking distance so it is very convenient for me to stop in for a few items. The clearance section is a nightmare, with items scattered all over the place with no stickers or tags. The store is very messy and unorganized, things are always where they should not be. Endcaps are never done and have random items on them all year round. Sale tags are never pulled down, I went today on 7/16/18 and they had expired sale tags from 7/7/18, this happens every week, it is like no one communicates what needs to be done. There are random boxes that little the aisle and it is not like I go shopping right at 8 when it opens, I go around 12-2 and there are unopened boxes of products just laying in aisles and you cant get your cart through. Also it is always very short staffed with maybe 2 workers, and you have to ring a bellhop bell for service. This is the worst Family dollar I have been to, I even worked at one for a little bit (which was not any better) but i have been to a few family dollars and they have been so much more organized and better staffed. This store needs help.

I hate giving a 1 star review but I have to do it for this place. Its awful and terrible.

Good spot to grab stuff u need on the fly. Its a block away tho. Place is a little unkempt but the people who work there bust hump. Its more the patrons. Staff are usually friendly. Stay away from freezer items they seem to always be down and ya just dont know.

Visited this store yesterday, and there was staff walking around stocking the shelves while eating pizza. Blocking most of the isles with their carts.

This place is a joke - it’s always a mess and the staff is rude. No customer service at all this place needs to be shut done or everyone needs to be fired.

Store was a mess, empty shelves, cashier was friendly and helpful.

I find that i go in for one thing and walk out with 10 or more i love shopping there

The manager there is completely unprofessional & Ive witnessed her time & time again be so unkind to employees as well as customers. Sometimes I am desperate for an item & love the convenience of this store, but if I go in & I see she is working- I immediately head back out .

If I could leave less than one star i would. The prices were outrageous. Items thrown everywhere. Absolutely disgusting and unclean. It smelled like rancid nail polish remover in there. I will NEVER shop here again, please save yourself the time and money it is absolutely disgusting. The staff were very friendly however!!

Sometimes you can find some really good stuff for a cheap price. Very convenient and easy to get things on short notice.

Lots of junk sold here but if you want to clean your house on the cheap you can find it here from brooms to brushes to bags and buckets, cleanser and cans, window cleaner and mops. Also candy, soda, chewing gum and candles.
