Peter is a very professional realtor. He has knowledge of his work duties and always on time in regards to responses. It was a pleasure working with him. He listed a condo and the deal just worked out fine, since I was able to purchase the condo. He sold the condo and we were able to negotiate on the price before we started the process. I had to move my mother into assisted living. The funds from the sale of her condo were needed to be able to afford that assisted living. While trying to figure out ho much the condo was worth, I stumbled across another website, one I had never herd of. The website said enter the information and well let you know how much its worth. I entered the information and waited for an email. While waiting, I got a phone call from Peter Peyman Karami. He told me he was a real estate agent and he got my information from the other website. We agreed to meet at the condo the next day. All I wanted was the approximate value, because another resident in the condo complex was interested in buying my mothers condo. I was my intention to get his evaluation and say goodbye. Well, he was tricky. Peter showed up with a buyer and we agreed on a price before they left. I have NEVER had anything sell that fast. Not only did the condo sell in less than an hour, he had a better back-up offer 2 days later. Escrow has just closed. I cant say enough about how great Peter is as a real estate agent.
