Ms. Victoria Munoz is an excellent instructor. As a non-native English speaker and someone new to the world of real estate, I found her method of teaching highly effective. Her lessons are filled with concrete, easy-to-understand, examples. She also gives students useful advice on how to study for the state exams. Last but not least, shes incredibly encouraging. She is invested in your success as her student. I have personally felt myself more motivated even when life (a new baby) took all of my attention away from the course. I highly recommend her as an instructor for anyone looking to learn more about real estate and/or become an agent.

I absolutely have nothing but positive reviews for CA realty! My teacher, Victoria, was super hands on in helping students stay on pace, and eagerly pushing them to get their license. I took class over at the Keller Williams location in Beverly Hills, and it was great! The idea is to finish all of your quizzes, chapter finals, and get your license in a timely fashion. I strongly recommend anyone who is serious about pursuing a career in real estate, as this is the place to put your attention and focus at. I am almost done with all of my quizzes and will be taking my final chapter quiz in the next couple of days. With having a class to go to, it put me on a pace to take my quizzes in a timely fashion and to not procrastinate. Looking forward to the journey ahead!

The Real Estate course provided by CA Realty Training has been a very beneficial program to help prepare me for the state exam. Victoria, the instructor, has made learning easy to understand and enjoyable. She is very knowledgable and explains the sessions in a way that is thorough and engages the class to participate in group discussions. She is always able and willing to elaborate on all students questions which has been very helpful. One of greatest experience I had in a classroom. There was support all across the board, from the amazing teacher, Victoria to my fellow classmates. All of them were very kind, and genuinely came to class to be better. It’s not every day you get excited to go to a class. The lessons are quick and informative. I really like this course. I have tried taking a course online but I feel being in a classroom and being able to ask questions and talk to others on my same path is much better! I would like to give a shout out to Veronica. Im only 1 month in so far, however, Veronica has made it much easier for me to understand. I love how she explains the content in an easy and understandable manner and is always open to every question. I also love how she shares her secrets!! She informs you of real life situations and gives you tips that you would not learn in the book. I personally am fond of Keller Williams and really like that this course is actually offered in the KW building (as well as other locations). I recommend this course to anyone who is struggling to find the best way to learn all this information! Just because you are in a classroom doesnt mean you dont have to read the book though!! The best way to go about this course is to read the chapters that will be discussed in the next class so that you will know exactly what is going on and will be able to ask all your questions at the right times.

I recently had the pleasure of completing the CA RealtyTraining course with Veronica Jones, and boy, what a wonderful experience! The class was held at the Keller Williams Beverly Hills location on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-9 pm. I enjoyed learning from Veronica, she really knows her stuff! The class followsa schedule to complete about 5 chapters a week, over the span of 3 months, which lets face it, could potentially be a chore to get through at the end of your day, (especially if you work during the day) but Veronica seems to morph the lessons into more ofa conversation about Real Estate. She also is sure to emphasize material that is likely to be on the State exam, and makes herself available for questions via phone and email. I could not be more satisfied with my experience, and Id definitely recommendtaking your class at this location with Veronica! Good luck on your State Exam!

A big shout out to Scott Butler of Keller Williams Beverly Hills, I joined the Real Estate Class in February 2017, Scott helped build my confidence and knowledge in the Real Estate Class, Scott also brought in many People to introduce us to such as an Escrow professional etc, which gave me more understanding on the process. These classes could very easily be a snooze fest but I found them interesting and was excited to come to class with Kathryn Shafer. She doesnt just review the material but spends time in every class talking about real experiences she has had in the real estate world. She also brings in speakers from escrow, title, and mortgage companies so you get a complete education of everything you will encounter once you are licensed.I thoroughly enjoyed the classes and felt I learned WAY more than what was written in the course material. Kathryn is extremely kind and always available to answer your questions or provide guidance when necessary. Shes truly a wealth of information and good person to have in your corner.Since completing my courses, I have taken my state exam, and passed! Would highly recommend these classes.
