I trained with Grand Master Park for many years. He enriches students lives with more than physical knowledge. His philosophies and teachings prepare a person (young or old) on their individual needs and strengths. He has a very devoted and loyal group of people who would ask, how high if he asked them to jump. This is because martial arts friends become family.I took a break from my studies with Grand Master Park to focus on school and my career, both of which were positively affected by the courage, discipline and humility he enstilled in building my character.Time slipped away on me, and after 15 years had passed since my last class, I found that the same love and passions Id had for the martial arts were reignited.Today, if Master Park asked me to jump I would ask how high without hesitation.I see there was one person who was dissatisfied with their experiences with Both Master Park and his son Master Frank Park. Im not sure their circumstances but dishonorable is something Id NEVER associate with this Academy. I know finances can be tough, but Id trade all the money in my bank account for a few classes with my Instructor, and Ive always felt there was fairness in the prices of classes, uniforms, equipment and tournaments.Please ask questions if you are unsure about the classes you are signing up for. They also offer an amazing family class, and I can promise I have seen many, many lives enriched by the teachings here at this school.I still keep in contact with many buddies and family I made during my time studying here.By the way- I made this review for anyone contemplating if martial arts would be worth it. The answer is YES. I write these things because I incredibly thankful to my instructors and martial arts family. Our son has loved this establishment for several years. His grandparents prepaid for him to receive 6-months of lessons but we moved out of state and cannot use them.As a result, we asked for the business to issue a refund to the grandparents and they refuse to do so. I called and spoke to the owner and his son, and neither of which were willing to compromise or be understanding.We’re sad too, because the grandparents are the ones who are really getting the poor treatment here, it’s not even about us or our child.Avoid doing business with this company because they will not help you when you need it. We are very disappointed in this company and we would hope that nobody has to experience what we have.

We have been training with Master Park for 28 yrs. In all that time we have been physically and mentally challenged. I can not say enough good things about their business. I wish I didnt have to travel 16 hrs to train with them . Master Joe Nordie.
