I am a first time student in any kind of martial arts training. although as a veteran of 20 years of military service I have received some training . This place is wonderful, everyone from the oldest to the youngest worked with me to bring me up to speed on the basics in my first class. I cant wait to get back to train again. Yes that is me in the video protecting my training partner. Very honored that Sensi Brady noticed me and even more so that he commented and posted the video. Great Teacher and great students. I cant recommend it enough

Plenty of space to train and wonderful people to get to know. It’s great for all levels of experience. Training times usually have a period of time to really get your heart rate going if you want.

Scott Brady is an excellent teacher - truly takes the time to break down the movements to the level of the person he is instructing and cares about each and every one of his students. The mat space is also very functional and comfortable to practice in.

One word EXCELLENT!The Dojo is large enough to support a good sized class, but small enough to give the student individual attention.Sensei Scott Brady has a knack for determining each individual’s specific needs and can focus a training method that helps that student perfect the new technique. He also builds your confidence to drive you to take the next level test by having you demonstrate to yourself your abilities.In addition, all of the students that I have had the chance to work with are more than willing to help you succeed in your technique. It is like a second family.
