Didnt interact much with the staff... but the variety is what I was looking for. They have what you want. Definitely come here but read the cautions about faxing etc.

Do not waste your valuable time or money at this store. The print department does not communicate well and the pricing of prints is never consistent, it fluctuates based on whoever is behind the counter that day. (Horrible for small businesses thin profit margin) I have been denied service by the printing department before and have also been turned away for fedex drop off where the shipping label was printed and paid for prior to arriving because it was “against corporate policy” when oddly enough at other locations these things were take care of without question. I will not be back to this location, thanks Patrick!

I went in to simply purchase an appointment book for my massage therapy business and oddly enough that Office Depot does not seem to carry such an item. Then after trying to locate something that would help me fill company’s need myself for over 10 minutes. I chose to find an associate at the front counter to ask for help and simply got pointed in a direction and got no actual help even though there was only maybe two customers in the whole store. Very unmotivated workers.

The very polite and courteous lady who copied my material realized it was too small to read. She recopied it in a much larger print and apologized for the extra time it took to do so. I couldnt have been more satisfied.

I had the pleasure of meeting Danelle. I found her to be extremely professional and friendly. She knew her products! I also liked seeing how she interacted with her co-workers; nice!!!! She is truly an asset to Office Depot.

The worst experience of my life. Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Computer kept shutting down so I had to keep inputting my shipping info OVER AND OVER! No packing supplies near the shipping station so I had to walk across the store SEVERAL times to get that i needed.

I have been printing out PowerPoint slides for 8 weeks and now they want to charge a different way when I asked the lady how she got her math. I showed her how I had been charged before the last 7 times and she tries giving me 5 dollars and change back. I told her that still wasn’t right then hands me 10 dollars and change back. This too was still not correct but I had to get back to work. I suggest going to Dliberville from her on out!

Customers Beware of Faxing your Personal and Private Documents! Your employee Patrick has no rights to comment on the subject of Fax. Especially if the subject is in regards to Tax documents. Patrick crossed the line and was Disrespectful commenting about my document to another employee. Retrain and Coach your Employees to provide services with Peace of Mind to the Customer. Very disappointing because ive learned a lesson on who i will conduct buisness with in the future and it will not be with Office Depot in Biloxi . Respect the Privacy of Customers, Trust is a Must! What other Disrespectful behaviors do employees have? If there is 1 dissatisfied customer, there is bound to be others dissatisfied and not brought to the Attention of Management. Now this is a Complaint. Office Depot Management, What will you do about it? Sincerely, Disappointed

@10:20am MondayI spent 20-25 minutes looking for something and noticed two employees looking at me from a distance. After going to every possible area where what I was looking for would be I headed toward the door and thats when an employee behind the counter asked if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for and she directed me in a raised voice tone pointing as to where what I was looking for was located. I went back and looked and it was not there. Funny thing is the store inventory online said they had two different types of what I was looking for which was a USB otg cable/adapter. I passed three employees while searching for this item and nobody said anything to me at all. Maybe it was a bad day at this location. I wont go back. Thats my experience at this Office Depot.

Worst customer service, been to this location so many times to get copies done in hundreds and never told me no or rush charges and today I asked for 470 copies for local school , which they can it 5 minutes but they refused and want to charge 25% extra chalsey and Julie the manager both refused that it can’t be done today

This store does not have adequate inventory control. I placed an order for a computer for 1-hour pick up, and got an email saying it was ready. When I arrived, they informed me they were out of stock. I offered to purchase the display model, and they agreed, but told me I would need to cancel the first order. I followed their instructions. I was told the cancelled charge would fall off my pending bank transactions, and instead, I was charged twice for the orders. Multiple attempts to call corporate have failed, mainly because I cant understand what they say or they dont understand my explanation. After two days of runaround, I went to the store and was told by the manager that he would take care of the situation and call me back by the end of business day. Wouldnt you figure that didnt happen, and in fact, I now have a third charge (not posted, but pending) for the same amount of money, basically clearning out my bank account. Someone in their online ordering division is definately doing some fraudulent work, and I now have a cleaned out bank account after trying to purchase a $447 computer. Never again. Every single thing the managers, customer services reps, and outsourced-foreign call center folks have lied, not documented my phone calls, etc. The call center people basically called me a scammer similar to those IRS scam folks, which makes me wonder. Be careful when ordering from this store. They are not transparent and it looks like Ive out of rent money because of an error that no one seems to know how to fix.

Took back ink cartridges that lasted less than twenty 8x10 inch documents before they ran out. Was told that she, the asst. manager, had no idea if I was telling the truth per the number of documents Id printed. I told her Id done thousands of dollars worth of business over the the past decade with Office Depot (and I have) and I would not come in and lie over $71 worth of ink cartridges. We have a two week return policy on IT devices she went on to say. Well...I now have a Do Business at Best Buy policy. Im a local business and have always tried to trade with local businesses. The times, they are a changing.

VERY poor customer service. I was brushed off and ignored. When I was finally spoken to, the employees were nothing but rude. No one ever took any initiative to direct me anywhere or help me. I left without getting what I came there for and feeling very frustrated.

I bought a chair here and it had to be shipped to me which is kind of annoying because I bought a chair in person instead of online so I wouldnt have to have it shipped but whatever I liked the chair.The receipt for my order only had my street name and not my house number. So of course UPS did a address correction but address corrected it to who knows where.I go in the store because it is obviously there fault they didnt put the whole address in. They tell me it is UPSs fault they cant do anything I have to waste my time playing phone tag with UPS and be without a desk chair for a probably at least another week or two.
