I drove from gulfport to check this place out. Never been here before, the new owner is fabulous. The girl she had working behind the counter was super sweet and helpful. All you other people with bad reviews gotta give the new owner a shot. The place smelled so dang good not to mention the new scrubs they have! The new sketches scrubs are light fabric and fit perfectly! Great store! I WILL BE BACK!

While the merchandise is pretty good, the consistency of their hours is zero out of 10. They are never there when the store hours say they should be. I have made several trips to purchase scrubs, sometimes on my lunch break, and I get there DOORS LOCKED!!!! WHY POST HOURS THEN... Just say Ill be there when I feel like it, to hell with the customer that WASTED his lunch break attempting to give you money.. Please take your hours of operation off your front door and your website, because they are garbage. I understand that emergencies may arise that you have to lock up and run. But this happens regularly and Im going to shop elsewhere.

They make it hard to like them. I’ve shopped for scrubs here multiple times over the years just because of the convenience of the location, even though the selection is not so great and they are overpriced. I want to like them, but it’s been disappointing every time because the employees are inexplicably snooty and rude. I don’t require much when I shop, just a non-hostile, friendly environment is enough. I’m a nurse who needs scrubs (and I don’t shop lift). During a recent visit, one employee just glared at me when I walked in and then just went on folding clothes (weird). Needless to say, I didn’t end up buying anything that day or will ever again.

Caters to scrub wearers in the medical field. All of our favorite brands of scrubs. Will order your size if not available in the store. Love this scrub store.

A complete and total rip off. There is definitely a conflict of interest when a school says you can only buy your uniform at one specific store. The store makes bank and the parents get raked over the coals. 3 shirts,2 skirts, 1 blazer, 1 cross tie, and 1 pair of shoes was $400. Shameful!

Pre-paid order from 5weeks ago still not completed. Usually decent service here. Shame

This business has horrible customer service. They sell uniforms for christian schools and take advantage of their customers. We attempted to return 2 pair of shorts to them that we had purchased only a couple of days before. The shorts were never even taken out of the bag and we have the receipt too. The owner stated she did not do refunds but would do a store credit. I told her that is unfair because we do not need anything else from the store. She had no empathy and said that was that. I told her that Im surprised that a business who sells clothes for children to attend christian schools she is really taking advantage of the customers. I informed her that she got me this time but I will make sure to let the parents of the schools know that they have alternate options to purchase the clothes from other retailers that appreciate their customers more. She got hostile and told my daughter, wife, and I to leave the store. As we were leaving she kept running her mouth and my wife said Shut up, were leaving already! to her. I called the police when outside because now I really feel scammed since I can no longer have a refund or store credit and was told to leave the business (if you want to call it that. More like a racket!). The police came and the lady said we were yelling and threatening her. Im not sure how that could be. I simply stated that I will inform other parents of her refund policy and that they have other options that appreciate their customers more. Anyways, this completely ruined a very good day. I am very disappointed and expected so much more from a business that sells clothes to christian schools. I will never go here again. In the future I will go to J.C. Penney, Walmart, or wherever to by the uniform items
